Some ideas you might like; 1. Gravity Block- a building block that you can walk on from any side, even completely upside down, as if it was just the floor 2. Golems can now pick up and throw mobs with enough force to make them explode 3. Door Portal- A pair of doors, that if given the same nametag, can be connected to each other and teleported between, regardless of distance or area. 4. Piglin trading now has a 75% higher chance to either rip you off or kill you 5. Bone Powder is now a drug 6. Setting Spiders on fire turns the immediate area into either Australia or California. 7. Putting a "Waffle House" sign onto a building or house turns all Villagers inside of it into Illagers

When picking up(?) an item, a hopper deletes the source item entity after copying the item's data to itself. I think the closest thing to what you're saying would be deleting a PlayerEntity if it's above a hopper. I have no idea what that will do, since that's not a valid state. It certainly won't act like /kill, since that's a separate system. Possibly it might cause the client to desync from the server, (since most of the important PlayerEntity data only really exists on the server) making it so the player is either stuck in place or everything the player does doesn't show up on the server, and upon relogging, nothing happens. If it's the latter, containers just won't work, since those are purely on the logical server.

I love the first idea. But what if you coded it, so that you start to take off with the shield and it only stops when you throw the shield out of your inventory. Armor could also be affected by it. Like if youre hit and dont have a shield to block but you have armor on, you start flying until you put that out if your inventory. With multiple armor pieces, you could add a randomizer, so that a random piece of armor, that you wear, gets affected by it. You could add a little symbol next to the item symbol, to show, wich armor piece is affected and should be removed. I think it would be a fun game mechanic. Would love it if you could make it reality.
