You can actually get reinforced deepslate legally. You just need to go to the april fools version 23w13a_or_b. That version has the option to vote what you want in your world. Basically there is a vote that says fishing anything and once you do it you will get every single item including the reinforced deepslate. I'm sorry if I took too long to explain

Exploding tnt can be passed through Fun fact TNT's when lit up They are placed in a different way.
