When do you build black cleaver instead of sundered? Tank matchups? Or just always sundered?

for tank matchups is good to start with cleaver, since you reduce the enemy defense and against Illaoi, they are mostly building armor from the start.

right? like i love mobs, he's the reason i started playing Illaoi top, but wtf were those e's? he's always preaching to hold your e bc it's your wincon & I fully get that these days, but every video hes trying to be so extra & flashy throwing out like 20% likely E's & then like sighs cuz they didnt land BROO what??
