To become a starter you have to fill that coach trust bar up that's on the play call screen, the easiest way to do that is throw a few touchdowns in practice. After you get it and finish practice, you challenge the starter the next week

In order to fix the rosters: 1. Recreate your player 2. Put him on the same team 3. Go to RTG and press use existing player 4. Rosters should be fixed

When you start RTG, when you pick difficulty, put it at varsity, and it evens out the point on coach trust, all you do is put it back on Heisman but the coach trust points are way more realistic
