I think it’s more that final boss was just really hard to execute damage on. All these bosses have a lot of health but it’s way more difficult to fail at doing damage

@@dylanmiller1140 yeah, having to deepsight and find the spots to dunk + killing the yellow bar in it, then going to 3 different rooms to kill a lightbearer just to grab deepsight again to dunk AND THEN you get to DPS a flying enemy who has 1mil+ shield before you can even touch the health while having an insane healthpool. All while being slow as fuck through the water connectors, if you dunk the wrong one you die, you take too long to dunk you die, don't manage the adds biting your ankles during DPS you die. Shit was beyond frustrating to solo flawless.

Sunshot for taking out those eyes is a good alternative too. It takes out all eyes on one side with one eye kill. It’s great for taking out adds as well. I’ve been using liner on the boss fight

I use sunshot for the dungeon. It's great for final boss eyes since it hits multiple. Unfortunately when i shoot them during final boss, all my heavy brick luck used on them and i have to watch ammo fall into the abyss.

I solo'd flawless'd Warlords after 2 failed attempts (F'n Hex Drinkers!) and it took me just over 100 minutes to get it done. Then today I watched a world record Warlords Ruin Speed run of 9:45 done by Xemo (Video is on his channel) and it is truly one of the more amazing things I've seen done in Destiny 2.

i really dislike the whole swapping armor thing that the sandbox has, no shade at all towards datto but i personally hate having to have a rally chest and boots to pick up more ammo and hot swapping my gear to make sure i get the most out of my supers, and if i dont do all that im strictly playing at a disadvantage. I dont have a solution im just venting some frustration. Its also always been this way so i doubt it would even change, and what a positive change would even be, because locked loadouts also dont feel great.

Maybe someone else has mentioned it by now but after watching, you could have dumped everything at the Chimera into final stand, swapped to Malfeasance, and just went wherever you want to slowly finish the boss off at your own pace. Otherwise, great run!

I think super and 5 rocks would have killed but.. it's a solo flawless and restraint is key. I used my super about 3 seconds before every damage phase and would farm it before starting the next damage everytime.

Yea I ended up just using sunshot with apex predator, for the entire dungeon. Ran a fusion with slice for the chieftan and ogre and switched to a sniper for the final boss. Snipers are BACK baby.

I ended up using geomag arclock with malf, forbereance and hothead adept. Heavy is basically non existent in this dungeon for some reason. So malf and Chaos reach did most of the dps. First boss was lament though

No what thew heck how does he live during final I did the dungeon solo flawlessly until final on strand titan decided I probably wasn't good enough on strand titan with navigator swap on 3rd switched and died like 15 times I had restoration on and everything I need the in depth guide cause I could not stay alive and I was playing 2x safer than datto there no way it is soul because my recovery is at 60 right?

This dungion is giving me alot of trouble solo flawless. I can nuke the first 2 bosses nearly every try flawless, but that final boss something always goes wrong im on about 15 attempts now and closest ive gotten was final boss less then half heath. Using arc hunter all the way through. I find this one harder then GOTD to be honest. update: just got it done on arc hunter, never again.

Solar Titan with empyrean and a solar primary made 3rd pretty safe but I will say warlock is just waaaaaaaaay easier for 3rd boss sunbracers and permanent resto x2 + well is an absolute joke. The only thing that comes close is banner Titan grapple spam but that’s far higher risk of falling off the map etc

use a sniper, sunshot, a linear and empyrean. kill the psions and wizards first, shot the eyes, try and get 2 totems 1 is fine if u can’t. do damage and kill psions and shot eyes all at the same time

Every time I try to do my solo flawless I always get screwed over at the ogre, I've done the other encounters solo separately but luck is not on my side for that encounter

I haven't tried this dungeon solo yet, but from my other experiences I can def relate. Luck and patience are the biggest factors. You can still get it with bad luck. But it discourages patience haha. I'd get bored trying pretty fast after a questionable death or two.
