Loved this video!! Also so glad you mention the GALLON of water being so difficult for literally no reason. I'm only drinking 2-2.5L of water a day atm and still always going to the toilet lool. If i do 75 hard I'm not gonna do the gallon.

I choose to do the medium but I realise I juste do the hard one but if I don't do it outside it's fine if I still do my 15000 steps. And no pictures because I know I'll always be comparing both and it'll be bad for my mental health. And just want to read 10 pages. Don't care what kind of books. Just want to read
