You could’ve use a shreeker instead of getting the warden, you can use silk touch to get it but when you mine the shreeker and get the block and place it down again, it will still give you the affect but no warden will spawn

since u have an orange hardcore heart as a totem wouldn't it be a great idea searching Wanilla tweaks on a browser and then go to: texture packs>GUI>hearts and select the orange hearts! just looks a little wierd having an orange hardcore heart totem and not having orange hearts over the hotbar! :)

You should've used potions while getting mining fatigue because potions last around 7-8 minutes while mining fatigue lasts only 5 minutes

You don't need a warden, you can get blindness from a suspicious stew with azure bluet. It's only eight seconds, but it seems simpler than bringing a warden over.
