You can bleed out the fuel filter by pulling the fuel relay and cranking the enginea few times. You'll still get a lil fuel that drops out though.

Whooooa! What year is your Cougar, a 01 or 02? I can tell by the headlights. I used to have a 99 Aerogear Millenium Widebody Cougar. I remember the 01-02 headlights were the upgrade for us 99-2000 owners. I had that EXACT same spoiler on mine as well. That's cool to still see one. Wish you nothing but success going forward.
