I especially love your use of cinematics and replay shots here, each helping to build tension / create emotion without making it too overwhelming. No enchants, 2 and a half hearts damage from the sword hit. Non-enchanted armour won't protect from fall damage, so anything above a 18 block fall after that hit would be lethal. The blocks could probably be counted, it's likely close to survivable, but yeah it doesn't take much falling to kill non-enchanted players.
