this episode brought me to tears, it's so special that you can evidently see that the elderly never lose their adventurous spark, but life limits you at that age, I couldn't believe it when you said Gerald was 89, I would've thought maybe 70, he's so mobile and well spoken for 89 years old, incredible, and the fact that you were able to find footage that he's been looking for, for half a century, within a couple hours, is amazing, I salute you, words cannot describe how much something like that means to someone, I'm sure you found a way to get the footage to him so he can watch it as many times over as he likes, whether it be on a stick or a disk, seriously brilliant video, you're the best Max!

Yeah I mean they've most likely been working hard their entire life here Gerald has, and saved up money not only for his continued life, but to also do fun things. But life gets you down at that age now and bones are creaking, the flesh is slowly disintegrating, and your mind usually at least, starts to wear down. But they will most likely never forget what they WANTED to do when they were younger and working up so that they may do it later in their life.
