Cabbage
1 onion
vegetable oil
450 grams (1 lb) ground beef
450 grams (1 lb) mushrooms
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp hot tomato sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
Salt
pepper
Granulated garlic
150 grams (5 oz) mozzarella for pizza
3 tbsp ricotta
3 tbsp yogurt
Provencal herbs
