Dough recipe:
- flour 230 gr.
- warm water 125 gr.
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
- salt 1/2 tsp.
Filling No. 1:
- cabbage 1/3 of a small cabbage
- onion 1/2 head
- egg 1 pc.
- salt to taste
Filling No. 2:
- cottage cheese 250 gr.
- egg 1 pc.
- Italian or Provençal herbs 1 tsp.
- salt 1/2 tsp.
- butter 25-30 gr.
Filling No. 3:
- any meat cut into small cubes
- cut raw potatoes into small cubes
- cut onion into small cubes
all ingredients in equal proportions.
- salt 1/2 tsp. (add to taste)
- ground black pepper 1/3 tsp.
You will need vegetable oil for frying, breadcrumbs and one egg. Fry the pies over medium heat until golden brown. The pies are cooked in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 198°C.
