Hey Chef TanMan - VanLife-TacoTruckEdition - nice job. You got a great track record in the van kitchen, but not gonna lie, chipotle coconut milk? I had to wait for the taste test. Should have known, Never doubt the Van Master Chef. BTW those crunch bunch wraps looked awesome. 🌮Next time you'll have to add fresh salsa. Coconut milk cheesy sauce - who knew? Will definitely look for TB Chipotle sauce at the store. Good to see ProjectCozy continues - just be careful - it may get harder to focus on work and school days when you get the cozy-dial cranked up too high. Seeing snow on the ground it looks like you may have timed the miles and weather pretty well, but you forgot the map update, had to google up - where is oHIo. Hope you're taking notes for when you write the screen play for this adventure. What actor should they cast to play you in the Nflix version of Peak Pursuit? Don't forget the opening theme song - any ideas, and don't say a business themed podcast LOL. Since you've toured historical sites, modern art parks, and looked across mountain tops at the future - what are you thinking, will you set this in the past, present, or future? On,oh,oh...re-edit the van tour vid and drop a hint about the 'secret switch' on the dash - 'CruiseControl-TimeTravel. I see a block buster in the makin.... but you need a marketing tested title. Load up, dial in 15/50, drop it in 'D' - stay safe out there. 😎

I'm grinning knowing the chipotle coconut milk raised some eyebrows - but hey, that's what we're here for, pushing the culinary envelope from the coziest corner of the van life universe. Fresh salsa next time? You bet. That's going on the menu. 🍅 And about that cozy-dial, point taken! We've gotta maintain that fine balance between snug and, well, actually getting things done. Don't want to end up too cozy to move, right? 😄 Ah, the map update slip-up - my bad! I’ll make sure to keep the location updates coming so no one needs to play detective with my whereabouts (unless that adds to the adventure, of course!).
