Mrs. Annie just cooked adobo, in this past month or less. I can’t remember if chicken or beef, but I think it was chicken thighs. Please do watch the video, her parents enjoyed the meal very much but the best was how much baby Ella loved it! She was so sweet even sharing it though it was obvious she really could eat it all up by herself 💕🐓🍗🍛

The best sinigang is the Salmon fish head using Sinigang mix with gabi, and miso (fermented soybeans). Salmon head is goog for elderly because of natural omega 3. There have been reports that it may reduce the risk of developing dementia, especially when it is eaten as part of a healthy diet.

Hi Annie, so nice of you sharing our local meal to your family and how amazing you learned cooking different dishes like sinigang. Just a cooking tip: let the pork boil just add a teaspoon of fish sauce or a little salt til tender then you may add the "sinigang mix" because if you add the mix right away, the meat tends to become chewy. Then you may add your fav veggies and season it to your taste. And do you know that "hugas bigas" makes the meal like sinigang beef, fish or prawn, tinola, nilagang beef, pork taste better if you use the 2nd hugas bigas? Use the 2nd wash of rice water to the meal instead of tap water in cooking with "may sabaw" dishes.
