Very Good recipe! I made it tonight and it came out great! I love the video, instructions are a bit slow, amount of spices are missing, and I could do without the music. Just watching you making it, hearing you prepping the food would be good enough for me. That being said, I can fast forward it and mute the sound, it's not a problem. Good recipe no doubt, it's basically that you are making a pizza out of eggplant base instead of dough; and, with some spices. But maybe some content creators keep long videos to make more revenue because guess they get paid based on viewing time & video length. But the thing they forget is people don't have so much time these days. So they need to pick ideal time like a minute or two (example: kzbin.infoEq-cDJtNy7c?si=dDXUeOemxjuv8t-_) to keep viewers interest so more people watch it. Marketing strategy missed in such posts. Sharing my opinion with good intentions OP. Hope you take it positively. Definitely 17min video wasn't needed. I was so hoping that this would be a quicker recipe but as usual it became evident that this person could not be an American. Every step she had to show us... every sprinkle of every herb and chop of the knife. 😂 You can work faster for sure. I watched the entire thing, though. 🤪 Slow motion is good for newbies. I find salting with coarse salt to dewater eggplant is a good thing, just do it in advance or while doing something else. Then rub spices and herbs, etc. 😂 Just use your clean hands to rub all that good stuff into the eggplant. ... a little too much thing on here, but cooking can be subjective etc., etc.
