Thinking tomato sauce vs. paste. Better consistency, a little sweeter and tomato flavor not so concentrated. This recipe looks absolutely delicious. But we don’t need to see every little stroke of the knife! We get it.

Very Good recipe! I made it tonight and it came out great! I love the video, instructions are a bit slow, amount of spices are missing, and I could do without the music. Just watching you making it, hearing you prepping the food would be good enough for me. That being said, I can fast forward it and mute the sound, it's not a problem.
