Mi ricorda le melanzane che faceva mia mamma ( di origini Siciliane) incideva le melanzane,inseriva fettine d' aglio , acciughe e scaglie di formaggio Parmigiano. Poi cotte nel sugo.....

Di melanzane non se ne possono mangiare a volontà. Ha anche le sue controindicazioni. Chef, ti prego varia la tua cucina, altrimenti ogni giorno festeggiamo il melanzana-day.
