It's a completely amazing and really incredible work, this inspires me to want to learn blender but I would like to ask you two questions if you don't mind, do you have any drawing notions? because it is not seen that you use any reference, and how many years have you been studying 3d modeling? And what advice would you give to someone new?

First of all, thank you so much. I started to learn 3d modeling about half a year ago, so I'm actually pretty new as well. The good thing with blender is there is a lot of free resources, so learned just by watching free tutorials on KZbin. In the first months I mostly watched the doughnut tutorial by Blender Guru or Tutorials by 3d greenhorn. And maybe a tip for watching tutorials. Try to make a similar project right after the tutorial to learn how to work on your own (which can be a bit scary in the beginning). So for the doughnut tutorial maybe try and make some cookies and if your stuck you can watch back the tutorial. And lastly for the Zelda environment I used some reference pictures from the trailer. Although you couldn't see everything clearly and I had to make up some stuff, which is why I didn't show them in the video. I hope that helps and good luck on your 3d journey

@@belisr3d Honestly, the mere fact of thinking many times that I don't advance at the same time as the others overwhelms me because well, I suppose that's normal Hahahahaha or thinking that maybe because I don't know how to draw I won't be able to do great things, those are the things that annoy me the most and sometimes I don't quite know how to proceed, I really appreciate that you took the trouble to reply to my message and I honestly think you will get a lot of credit for doing these things and there are a lot of people who will enjoy them

No problem. And try not compare progress, everyone learns at their own pace and I think the main reason why I learned so much in 6 moths is that I didn't have much else to do, since I'm currently waiting for university admissions. So I made learning 3d basically my main job and do it every day. I also think that you don't have to be good at drawing to succeed at 3d. I know tons of people who can't draw and are incredible 3d artists. If you want you could still learn it later on. Nobody is just born with the ability to draw or be and "artist". It's a learing journey and as long as you have fun with it it doesn't matter where you start. So if you need any tips or have questions feel free to ask. Maybe I'll even make a playlist with all the tutorials I used to get started if you would be interested in that.
