Love your videos. I commerical spearfished back in the 80s.72" free shafts with 38 powerheads on mostly virgin bottom that had never seen a hook. My gun of choice was an old volt magnum. Love it because it didnt float back to the surface, haha. I mostly dove Mayport north through the Carolinas using aluminum70s with 3000 psi. Skip beathing and sucking the tank dry before praying you coyld make it to the surface. . North Carolina was unbelievable , 3 boxes a tank. Keep up the good work. 0:00 0:00

In my opinion, it isn't anyone's fault, but more of times changing. I've been fishing there for over 30 years and even in only the last 10 years fishing has become much more popular, not to mention the extra 200,000 people who have moved to Brevard and Indian River county in the last 10 years. I'm not saying that no one goes to the park because of my videos, because I'm sure some people have found out about it from my videos, but I don't think that is the leading cause at all. Even 20 years ago, when I would go there It would always be crowded on the North Jetty during snook season, drum season, and on the weekends. One thing I do try to respect is when a bite is firing is let the people that put the hard time in figuring it out it before blowing it up with a video. There are also several things I don't film out of respect to people that I have worked hard for it putting in years of trial and error. The way I look at it is, if it's something that is already very well known (such as Snook on the Jetty) I got no problem making a video on it. Let the haters hate. I stopped letting any of them bother me long ago.
