I went to Ha Long bay in September 2023 and had a chance to see a glimpse of Ocean Park from the highway while go back and forth to Ha Long bay. I think it was still under construction at the time but my next visit to Hanoi, I would like to visit it next time.

There are many ways, such as taking a motorbike taxi, taxi or bus... go to the VinFast electric bus pick-up point, which has many in the central area and find the destination Vinhomes ocean park written on the instruction board corresponding to the number. Wait for about 15 minutes, then climb in the car and experience... have fun

The central area is the old town. Vietnam wants to keep it as a historical museum and not repair it. You go out of the downtown area and you can see modernity everywhere

You don’t put fish sauce in the soup. Usually to dip the meat but the right way is use the “Tuong an pho” not fish sauce. But there’s no right or wrong way to eat as you enjoy it. The pho u have is northern pho.

It's not really air pollution, it's the typical weather and humid climate of northern Vietnam. This season is quite overcast with clouds and misty rain. I hope you don't misunderstand and draw subjective conclusions. official like that.

For your information, Ocean City is NOT in Hanoi. Ocean City locates in a town named: Van Giang, Hung Yen. This town is about 30-40km away from Hanoi. Make sure you are not mistaken. Next to this Ocean City, we already have EcoPark which was build more than 10-15 years ago and could not attract many people due to its distance. Another reason is that it is not in Hanoi. Therefore whoever buys the properties in this town will not be able to register their kids in the public schools in Hanoi, cannot use the public health care in the public hospitals in Hanoi.....

With the quality of highways in Hanoi, the distance of 30km is no problem. Ocean City and Ecopark are visited a lot by Hanoians on weekends because of the beautiful scenery and good air quality. In Vietnam, there are no longer restrictions on where to send your children to school or which hospital to seek medical treatment at, you can stay anywhere and use services anywhere.

I’m Vietnamese, this is city in city. It’s beautiful , clean & modern but it nothing to see. Vietnam is beautiful & it have more things to see & experience than just modern buildings. Btw, alots American & foreign is shock at first times visit Vietnam. They still think Vietnam is jungles or Vietnam war, like seriously!! There are South African couple was though Vietnam is poorer & under devolveping than South Africa. South Africa is freedom & independent longer than Vietnam. And now their country still stuck, criminals & murder everywhere, inner wars between party & military groups, don’t even have clean water in villages, muddy roads outside city South Africa is beautiful & rich resources but look how it got destroyed. And DARE to look down on Vietnam?! Bullshit!!
