Hey Spencer, I used to ride bmx years ago and I'm 28 now.. I got heavily into skating 6 months ago, however 3 months ago I was in a car accident and my foot was severed. I can walk again but my ankle will never be good enough to handle a skateboard. I got back on a bike and pedaling around was amazing, it helped so much. Could you do a video of some tricks I could learn that don't cause much shock to the ankle? Or maybe how to ride smooth.. I'm just trying to keep my chin up yanno? Thanks man

So I borrowed my friends stolen 21 inch, and I tried to manual. I looped out one time and it was the equivalent of being hit in the foot with a sledgehammer. My footjams use my bad ankle, and I can't stand on top of the tire long enough on that foot for a full rotation. I guess I'm just not ready. That and my body hasn't moved much the last few months and I feel like every muscle in my body has been destroyed. So I guess next on the list is pump tracks but I don't of any near me and I no longer have a vehicle and and and THE STRUGGLE IS REAL GUYS.
