Bad move cutting into the shoulder like that but looks like the other guy was already zoomin on the shoulder too lol...I know some don't like to hear it, but mirrors would've helped you notice the issue alot sooner and you would've probably had a better chance at moving off from his way. Or maybe not...But I've had times when I could've been in accident and my mirrors helped avoid the impact completely!
