Duuuude, why doesnt this have more views? 😭 I'm a huge sims fan, been playing for over 20 years now, but THIS! I've never seen a world like this, it's amazing, on a whole other level even. The world seems lively and well decorated but I can see the sims will still be able to use the objects and theres a whole bunch of things to do and explore. The builds are fascinating and so diverse, yet they all come together in the beachy-town theme. The movie career building reminds me so much of the sims 1 superstar parcels. And the landscaping?! Man... And I adore your spin on sims stories, like I seriously can't wait to install this, good job!

I mean, the world is incredible by itself, but Im more impressed with the documentation. How you organized the CC and descriptions and all the pictures to make it easier for people to download. After a year, I'd personally just throw it out into the world, I'd have no petience to log all of that stuff. So well done. Its beautiful. If I had more sim EPs I'd download it.

All the work you done did paid off. The town looks amazing! The lore you added makes it even better. Looking at the police station made me miss the police career in Sims 3 for the 360 even though it was a rabbit hole it was more fun than the active career in Sims 4.

Honestly, you did an amazing job! This makes me miss TS3. But sadly, I can’t go back. I played with LOTS of mods and most of those creators either left the community or have moved onto TS4 exclusively, and then when EA stopped updating, the game got super wonky so I uninstalled it and at this point it’s been almost 7 years I think 🤔 but this brings back memories. I remember Montevista, Sunlit Tides was sooo gorgeous, and I loved Aurora Skies. The fact that our sims could go surfing, hot air ballooning, and we had ACTUAL hotels. TS3 was really top tier and that’s not even including the generations elements of teaching teens how to drive, private and boarding schools, etc. sigh so many memories 😢

​@@Yorkie_B First half of my gameplay was running well, then by autumn, things slowed down, got really Laggy, (i think that was due to all the falling autumn leaves.) some sims started having issues with routing/getting stuck. also noticed some issues with the rabbithole rugs, they get stuck trying to enter sometimes in the rabbit holes that are crowded by objects (i think the rugs work best when not surrounded or cluttered by to many objects) i don't think any of these issues are your fault though!~ just issues with the sims 3 in general. Overall Loving the neibourhood, ive created my own family, and a teen, to later marry Malcome, So i can have Dudley and Mimi landgraab From sims busting out. (they are my favourite landgraabs) My game crashed though, so lost most of my progress with it. (i need to get into the habit of saving the game each sim night or something)

Really love this world! You've done exactly what I usually do when I find a New Sims 3 world.....using Rabbit hole rugs and actually designing the interiors of Community lots. Couple of questions before I decide to buy your world: If I do not want the Hairs in the Save file, will the world still work, just using my own CC hairs? I already have too many, so I didn't want to add any more, way too much CC content in my game already. Also, I have Smooth patch and all the necessary Nraas Mods, but I also use Save Cleaner for Custom World saves, to get rid of excess bloat in game saves. Do you also use a similar mod when saving games? If so, I won't bother using it on your save file. Looking forward to diving into your world, you've done a spectacular job!

Hey thank you I'm glad you like it! You don't need the cc hairs you'll just have to replace them with your own. I think the game replaces them to base game hairs. I don't use that mod no so you'll be ok. Thank you if you buy it I really appreciate it. Let me know if you have issues 💚

Regarding the horses, i think you can use either nraas register or traffic to set the number of horses (or any other animal) in the world to 0.

I don't know you nor your channel, I've just saw the recommandation video and the title, and wanted to see it since i am a huge sims 3 fan but cannot play the game because of all of the bugs and crashes. I've been stuck with playing Sims 4 (i hate it) and seeing this beautiful, mesmerizing world of yours made me want to download Sims 3 again and play it! I know how it is hell to let alone playing it but building a whole world from absolute nothing in Sims 3. Huge respects to you mate! It is also great to see another sim fan boy besides myself!

Ah thank you! I couldn’t play the game at first until I got the game to recognise my graphics card etc. there’s KZbin tutorials on how to fix the lag with mods or changing some file settings. Now it runs a lot smoother

In my opinion most of what you described a school should teach should in fact be taught by our parents. School shouldn't teach values and basic life skills, that's a parent's job. One of the reasons being that otherwise you remove responsibility of educating children from the parents making them irresponsible leads to having irresponsible parents overtime. Plus you're giving the state/government full power to educate your child as it sees fit... School is there to teach reading/writing/maths etc.

@@Yorkie_B Those are not values or basic life skills so why not. Cooking should be a basic skill but when you see what people call cooking these days... But think about what we are served at school so l’m a bit mixed ont hat one. Growing our own food well hard to do so in a big city so if the school can afford to find a way maybe rooftop garden depending on climate sure, that's something that people in the city can't really teach their kids. Taxes yes with many other things like basic laws that so many people don't even know. But values, that's something school shouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole it's not it's place at all.

Agreed. Basic survival skills should be taught at home. Doing taxes should also be taught by the parents using math and reading comprehension skills that are taught in school. Tbh both at home and school would be ideal.

You export your world and add it into your game. Then boot up your game, play your world and start adding sims into it. When you save that will be your save file for you to share. Thank you

Hey I have sims 3 installed through steam and I think the CAW tool is meant for origin/EA App. I had to install sims 3 on the EA app and that seemed to fix the issue. If that doesn’t work there should be some videos you can find or Google might have a solution

Hey I can't link anything in the comments due to youtubes rules but type in youtube or google Sims 3 CAW not running and you should find a solution. I never had issues with it not running so I don't know

A save file is the only way I believe. Once my world was complete I exported it, then put it into my game and I was able to create the sims
