One character you should do a drink of is Kaveh, an architect is Sumeru who is very... FOND of wine. He's a lovable dramatic diva with a heart of gold and has quite a bit of depth to him once you start going past the surface. Kaeya is also a good pick and he has a canonical favorite drink too, the Death Afternoon, so I'm sure you could do something with that.

Can you make drinks for my hydro girlies: Kokomi, Nilou, Furina, and Sigewinne? I think you'd have fun figuring out ways to mix drinks to match their aesthetics. Especially Sigewinne because lorewise she makes unconventional food and drinks, so maybe you can mimic that by making a weird drink in her name.

Love this video! I really liked the Venti drink, I'm looking forward to try it at home and just feel like I'm sitting under a tree in Winrise, it really made me nostalgic as at the point in the game I'm at I have no reason to visit Mondstadt other than nostalgia or because there's an event. if you don't mind I have a request if you make another video of Genshin, this is a character from Sumeru with which I identify a lot because what he suffers can be related in art of any kind, I would like you to make a drink inspired by Kaveh please, Im SO! SO sorry, because I was writing this first in Word before I put it in a yt comment and I realized that I basically wrote a bible, I'm so sorry. I will proceed to explain a little about Kaveh :D! he is a Sumeru character, 4 stars, from the dendro element, he goes with a mandoble and has a very cute automated case called Mehrak (he built it from a modified machine core and some parts he had on hand after deciding he wanted an automated case to transport his offloaded tools) Kaveh is a talented architect but more than anything else he is an artist. here is a comment I found in a videoreaction "To give a bit of context: when it comes to architecture Kaveh is basically a genius. He was commissioned to build a palace called the Palace of Alcazarzaray. He got to work on it and was almost done with it when what's basically a fictional natural disaster happened destroying the worksite. The person who made the commission didn't want to fund the project anymore but Kaveh had already invested too much into it both emotionally and financially. He ended up finishing the project out of his own pocket. The Palace is a master piece, and his magnum opus, but what should have made him rich and famous left him in financial ruin and he's still not been able to pay the debt off to this day." Kaveh is someone that even though something seems impossible, he looks for solutions, even if those solutions end up affecting himself, Kaveh lives together with Alhaitham, they are roommates, but Alhaitham is the reminder that at Kaveh's age Alhaitham (he is younger) is already more successful and richer than him, basically Alhaitham covers the expenses of Kaveh's part of the rent. Kaveh takes pride in his works, and this is something very curious that I as a person who draws and sings everyday I can relate to Kaveh, is the monumental effort that sometimes you have to put in your works if you are like Kaveh and you don't know when to stop, for example if you are working on a commission you give your 110% in that commission, but the progress of the product then has to go through a series of changes to satisfy the buyer and that the final product is not something that you as the artist like, Kaveh's artistic vision is often limited by his commissioners, I would like to highlight another comment that I found "kaveh's main problem is he wants to help others. he holds the ideals that are the hardest to follow through on, that are the hardest to not stray from. he has the ideals to believe in humanity and does everything he can to help others even when doing so slowly destroys him. as another character close to him, Alhaitham, puts it 'im not the one who works himself to death just to put a smile on his clients face.' the path of an idealist is usually thrown to the side as the world slowly crushes them without a care." I recommend the video “The ENTIRE Lore of Kaveh! - Genshin Impact Lore” by Slick, it really summarizes the whole life and character of Kaveh in about 15 minutes that help you understand everything. Also there is a fan song called “writing on the wall” by Will Stetson, it came out in a hoyofair and literally any artist that identifies a little bit with Kaveh will feel dizzy or at least shocked listening to the song. the reason why I want you to please make a drink inspired by him? Kaveh usually drowns his sorrows or seek comfort drinking in bars, but apart from that he also likes alcoholic drinks, it's not just for “drowning his sorrows” besides, if you managed to do something so wonderful with Venti I can only dream of what a Kaveh inspired drink would be like. thanks and sorry for the long text ;-;!!!!!

i am very happy to see you do a genshin video! shame you left two years ago, but there's a lot of characters now i think it would be fun to come up with drinks for. and as you said natlan is coming~ i already see some excellent suggestions in the comments. unfortunately i can't make any myself bc i just love many of the characters a lot and want to see them all lulz eta: wait i'm back with suggestions. definitely in addition to the other suggestions definitely do the other archons!!! i really enjoyed hearing you describe the bardic breeze. it does sound just like venti :)

Hmm… if you want to stick strictly to character based drinks, you can do one for all the other (known) Archons. Or make a drink themed after each nation (which would be almost the same thing as making a drink themed on that nations archon…) Random ideas from someone who doesn’t know jack about drinks: Liyue/ Zhongli: gold color and/ or gold flakes, one ingredient must be aged or at least an ancient traditional sort of ingredient. Or a brewing/ mixing process that just takes SO GODDAMN LONG Inazuma/ Raiden shogun: purple, some kind of duality theme (bright lightening/ daek shadow), include sake or some other super Japanese ingredient Sumeru/ Nahida: green or at least garnished with something leafy, a flavor profile that takes you on a mental journey. Relevant themes include dreams, curiosity, deep thought, meditation. Could also include hallucinogenic ingredients Fontaine/ Furina: must be ostentatiously garnished, focus on the visual presentation over flavor/ the visuals do not match the flavor, refreshing elements to the flavor, themes of duality of light vs dark (moreso than Inazuma). Something that goes down easy at first then kicks you in the teeth at the end. Include Fanta or something carbonated. Can also include absinthe as an ingredient

tbh I'm with you on the fun of playing genshin like no builds exist 😅 even at ar60 I throw random people together with whatever artifacts are laying around (I don't farm and no one can make me) but if you ever thought about hopping back in you'd be fine cuz after inazuma most things in the world don't get any harder and you can go back to doing whatever is fun ......unless you run into Liam or Rocky... then you should run away

Going to visit my buddies out of town for a week coming up and we’re totally gonna use some of your recipes (I don’t like the taste of alcohol so I’m probably gonna go with your SoulGlad or mocktail version Bangboo), the buddies are still deciding. But love your videos, man, they get my creative inspiration juices flowing and I love seeing your takes on all the characters and stuff, keep it up! Man, I woulda killed to be able to drink that Boothill Gunsmoke, it looked so creative and he’s my fave, but I don’t like alcohol, spicy things, or smoked things, so I was just unlucky there! XD I’d love to see your take on Star Rail’s High Cloud Quintet and more ZZZ drinks! I’m still really early in ZZZ but I’m loving it! As for Genshin, I think Cyno, Wriothesley, Neuvillette or Furina, Arlecchino, Diluc, and Zhongli might make interesting drinks! A Zhongli reference to osmanthus wine somehow is a given. Both one of the most common drink memes in Genshin and practically a necessity if doing Zhongli. Maybe with some herbal or tea elements or something with some kind of grounded earthy taste? Or maybe something that feels nostalgic or vintage in age? Something that alludes to his steadfast, ancient, and nostalgic character (again, not a fan of alcohol’s taste so I could be talking out my behind here)… Diluc could be fascinating because you could take a little bit of that apple influence, but pair it with something cinnamon or something that had some kind of herbal spice to it to allude to his pyro element and a more “subdued” fiery character? You could even make this one a mocktail, maybe with white grape juice or something, since he owns a vineyard but doesn’t drink? (One of the NPC’s in Mondstadt reveals he’s a total lightweight and passed out for three days after downing a shot of “Fire Water” (cough probably vodka) from Snezhnaya). So something playing on all that from his character might be fun! Cyno is an Electro polearm from Sumeru’s desert region, his design is inspired by Anubis and has mostly a black, purple, and gold color scheme. He has a really strong sense of justice, but he’s also a total nerd who loves Yu-Gi-Oh-esque card games and TERRIBLE puns that he thinks are hilarious and always tells with a totally straight deadpan face. So that might be fun to play with color and character somehow! Wriothesley, Furina, and Neuvillette are all from Fontaine. Wriothesley is a HUUUUUUUGE tea buff. If Venti and Kaeya and dandelion wine are Mondstadt’s drink meme, osmanthus wine is Liyue’s drink meme, and dango milk is Inazuma’s drink meme, then Wriothesley and his underground prison bunker tea collection is Fontaine’s. He’s a former prisoner-turned-administrator/warden of Fontaine’s underwater prison Fortress of Meropede, given the honorary title of “Duke”. He’s also an extremely cunning and charismatic but professional and upbeat person with a design that looks somewhere between Victorian gothic edgelord and undercover werewolf that could send you flying through the wall with a punch. His color scheme has a lot of maroons, blacks, and greys, so it looks very dapper, and his element is Cryo, so you could play with ice, color, AND flavor with him. Neuvillette likes tea as well, but he and Furina could make really interesting brightly colored drinks. Neuvillette (without spoilers) is the nation’s supreme judge, who is serious and firm in his convictions, but is extremely empathetic and kind of out of touch with what is popular or current. He’s very old fashioned and, while secretly feeling a great deal of emotion himself, doesn’t really know what to say to people in difficult emotional states. Furina, on the other hand, comes across as SUCH a theater kid. She’s dramatic and performative, easy to offend with a lot of bravado. Both she and Neuvillette have a similar bright blues and white color scheme. So you might be able to play with color and flavor with one of them as well. There’s not a whole lot else I can say about her without spoilers. If anything, I do recommend looking up cutscenes for Fontaine’s main story, it is FANTASTIC. Arlecchino could be really fun. She is one of the Fatui Harbingers (The “Knave”), the master of the House of the Hearth, and her color scheme is white, black, and red. She’s very intelligent and has a powerful moral compass that won’t hesitate to confront those in power and give them a (very well-said and elegant) piece of her mind. She also doesn’t hesitate to do what’s necessary to achieve the ends she desires and has a strong heart for children. She’s also Pyro, so you could play with something elegant, but strong and spicy~ Just ideas off the top of my head, can’t wait to see what you do next! I’ll give an update on how those drinks my buddies and I are planning turn out! EDIT: I’m also going to second everyone else’s recommendations of Kaveh, he’s one of my favorite characters that I really relate to as well, and I’d forgotten how much there was that you could work into a drink for him.

Diluc indeed doesn't drink! It's basically stated he doesn't like the taste of alcohol. Hilariously, his favorite drink is grape juice, and most hated is alcohol. While his sworn brother Kaeya's fave is Death After Noon/alcohol and hates grape juice.

Maybe a spicy drink for Xiangling with a spicy rim edge made of (salt, lemon) OR (chamoy) and chili flakes (like tajin), a lot of ice, mayyyybe tequila or mezcal, grapefruit soda and lemon juice!! your gut will cry but your tongue will be partying!! btw in Mexico this drink (without alcohol) is called Rusa (like russian but idk why the name) Also you can test some cinnamon drinks with Cryo characters like Rosaria (maybe a strong coffee with cinnamon in a cold drink??) or cinnamon as some Pyro elements to make them spicy like Yangfei!!
