It depends on where u live. I lived & worked in the east coast (Massachusetts) close to 30 years. I relocated to Texas after retirement because of family considerations. Housing prices are cheaper here than the east. My preference is the weather. Everywhere is cool if u have $$ in the pocket.😂

Yes the west coast is a bit low expensive (with exception of place like California & Washington, where they pay big but living is expensive). State like Oregon where I base is also good. Listening to people in the East coast, it looks like they live in fast life environment.

But those running the state will never do that because they're not thinking about the people's welfare but their families.
