I Created NEW Mega Pokemon, Then Used Them in Battle!

Mega Pokemon are coming BACK to Pokemon Z-A, so I went ahead and created new Mega Pokemon with the help of Joe & Ivo, then used them in a battle! I had 2 PokeTuber friends go catch a team within 18 minutes to counter my Mega Pokemon!

People tend to forget that the reason serene grace works is bc air slash have a 30% to flinch (60 with the ability) so basically is having advantage in a flipcoin, waterfall is 20% (40 with the ability) and yes, its a better chance than normally, but it still a disadvantage flipcoin so is not as usual as with togekiss or shaymin (not to mention that this strategy usually add the paralysis in the ecuation)

That was nuts...but it makes sense that a team of Megas would be that powerful, even against so many Legendaries. And good on you for giving the spotlight to some underrated mons, too. Concerning other Megas? Well, let me get past the low-hanging fruits first...I say, before proceeding to outline far more than I expected. The Eeveelutions. A couple of ideas came to mind: • Mega Espeon: A circlet crown of red jewels adorn its head, a sunny mane around its head, and twin forked tails behind it. While lying down (like Persian from Stadium), it's levitating on mist, its claws long and curled. • Mega Umbreon: A revisitation to the original design, Mega Umbreon is Dark/Poison and gains Corrosion. Its form becomes a towering red-eyed beast of shadows with glowing rings crisscrossing over its form, resembling Pecharunt's Toxic Chains. • Mega Leafeon: Its green form gives way to pink, a blossoming sakura with petals around and a necklace of cherries around its neck, and its legs resemble tree trunks with claw-like roots. It gains Drought, and its speed doubles for constant Chlorophyll. Flygon. A design I've not seen before is thus: reminiscent of the adult ant lion, it loses its legs and gains a serpentine form. Its wings grow larger, four in place of two...and are made of stained glass, its entire form dripping sand like Goodra drips slime. Less low-hanging, I could only think up a couple of designs: • Tentacruel: Somewhat like Gigantamax Orbeetle, a towering dome dotted with rubies, and many tentacles and at least four beaks. • Vespiquen: Rather than wearing a ball gown, she's seated upon a throne of honeycomb filled with Combee. I'd also love to see, for a few examples, Ninetales, Jellicent, Salazzle, and Aurorus. Either way, thanks a ton for all you do, Dylan. Best wishes going forward.

Breloom proving why boosting every stat but HP means nothing. Which is why I recommend Mega araqanid with 140 HP and atk with a slight drop in defs at 90&120 with significant drop 12 speed keep water bubble and give it a dark bug typing while turning it upside as it head in the water bubble would look great as a false moon as it diving on its opponents in a trick room and it's hunting habit resemble the orge spider. (Really wanted this to rival dynamax araquanix in the hp department and have power similar to a slaking with just beating out stakkataka in trick room while not being weak to prankster) And as we turn araqanid upside down let's talk about mega malmar with poison/dark typing and when entering battle sets trick room up as long as malmar on the field all boosts have a contrary effect more suited to doubles but could still have its use in singles. 155 atk 43 SPD and 115 defs Going back to gen 5 mega mienshao 175 atk 155 SPD is all it needs to be a menace while keeping regenerator ability or giving it sheer force *must refuse putting on dark typing*🙈👹 Finally dragalge a dragon that isn't some how matching pseudo pokemon stats after remaining a skelp for so long and his cousin kingdra already having a 3rd evo deserves some love as he's also outperform by other dragon poison types. Would be awesome if it was based around the Scylla beast from mythology said to have 6 head each head could actually just be skrelps with parental bond and whirlpool. 142 def(s) and 140 Sp atk 14 SPD

What a cool and unexpected video! Love those Megas! I would love to see a Mega-Ninetales, especially Alolan one with an ability called "Heart of Fire", "Fiery Heart" or something like that. What it does is, it adds the resistances of a firetype to it, essentially getting rid of the quad-weakness to Steel, make Fire neutral, resist grass and make Ice & Bug quad-resisted. Maybe even give it Fire-STAB as well. I think Alolan Ninetales is such a cool mon, that sadly has no place to shine... As a little bonus, because of its name, it would be cool if all stats had to do with the number 9. Adding a 100 bst to it, could be distributed like following: 90 HP, 49 atk, 89 def, 129 SpA, 119 SpD, 129 Speed. Ending up with 605 bst.

A little correction, one of the reasons Regigigas has slow start is because originally you had to have a GBA with either ruby saphire or emerald to capture the other 3 Regis and a ds with diamond or pearl to transfer them and then get regigigas, you needed 2 games and two different game consoles to obtain it, and not everybody could afford that at the time, so it would have been very cheaty to block a strong pokemon over a paywall (the difference with the sequels like black white 2, ultra sun and moon or the dlc's is that you don't need an entirely different console)

I've always thought Megas should go to the undervalued Pokemon that need some love, and I'm glad those were included. Zebstrika was definitely my favorite. I'd love to see more like that with picks like Exploud, Stoutland, almost any of the Fossils, or mons like that. I would love to see mega crobat in the next video. Design wise you could do like a dracula theme and make it dark poison OR you could add little zubats with it so you have a swarm of bats and give it parental bond. Just throwing out some ideas, Mega Druddigon, mid/late game no Evo dragon that's not even a pseudo that just feels forgotten compared to a lot of other dragon types, really lean into the so rough looking you could get cut just looking at it, their rugged look may be good for a dragon rock with the ability solid rock, or maybe aftermath. Mega ninetails, maybe make them a full on kitsune, lots of psychic vibes in their lore, so fire psychic with levitate maybe, my mind goes yokai watch kitsune vibes. Mega combee, turn its idea on its head, only male combees can Mega, statwise it's functionally Mega vespequin, but a fun twist, keep the bug flying, but ironically, give it queenly majesty. Mega blacephalon, a Mega ultra beast could go in such a weird direction, really let the creativity fly with its design, no clue what changes could be made to this one, just a funny idea that I got typing this out Mega raichu, specifically regular raichu not Alolan, its always left forgotten behind by its much more popular pre-evo, so how about electric steel, with kind of hardened warrior yet kinda punky look, like it spent the last decade in the mountains punching rocks listening to heavy metal, maybe a cool pair of sunglasses, and it has the ability earth eater. Mega clefairy, after all, gengar has a Mega, and since people think the two are connected, why not give the other half one, maybe have it be fairy ghost, or fairy poison, tapping into its other side, it looks partly spectral, black spots dot its body, maybe one of its eyes look like gengars, maybe a cresent moon on its chest since it evolves from a moon stone, and it's ability is prankster, as if it's leaning on its cute factor to be mischievous behind your back. Hope you like and use my ideas, mainly Druddigon if any, poor guy really needs some love after all this time.

I've gotta say, these are my favorite kind of pokemon videos. I love seeing the new mega designs, different eeveelutions, and the legendary monstrosities that you come up with Edit: Mega Dragapult, Mega Snorlax, Mega Luxray (he needs the love), Mega Samurot, Mega Talonflame/Mega Archeops, Mega Excadril I tried to suggest pokemon that would have both type coverage and feel like they could make for interesting megas.

Some Megas I would love to see from the generations I played that doesn't double up on typings for some basic team cohesion... 1st - Mega Sandslash - he just needs some love, and every team needs a weakest member 2nd - Mega Skarmory - an OG wall that just needs it's special def cranked up a bit 3rd - Mega Walrein - spheal deserves it's final evo to be a badass 4th - Mega Luxray - like Zebstrika this electric guy just needs a little extra oomph, also add Dark type because it looks like it should be one anyways 5th - Mega Stoutland - BIGGER MUSTACHE DOG!!!! Mega Zebstrika just feels like the most random combination of designs slapped together... Like, why is it fire type? Just because it learns Overheat and Sunny Day? That's it? And LEVITATE? I get its 4x weak to ground, but it feels so random, especially because NOTHING about its actual design looks like it should be a fire type. It looks like it should be either pure Electric, or Electric/Flying (given the whole "flying through the air" thing). Like, its cool and all... but pick a lane dude. Either its a flying zebra or its a fire zebra, but it shouldn't be both.

I love these videos. I honestly think a Mega Porygon-Z with the typing of Normal/Electric and boosted Special Attack and Speed would be crazy cool. It would also get a BST of 635, which is insane Or Mega Staraptor with a Flying/Fighting typing for STAB Close Combat would also be sick. Or Mega Arbok with Poison/Dark Typing and Strong Jaw with crazy boosted attack (I have a lot of Mega Ideas)

Great video! Loved seeing a mega for one of my favorites (Breloom). For the next one I'd love to see something a bit weird like a Mega Delibird or Mega Volbeat or something. I think that would be funny but could actually be good, Volbeat with better stats and a good ability and tail glow might be good xD Anyhow, great video!!

Great vid! since you had 6 Megas, I'd love to suggest 6 of my own! Gliscor would be sick, Gigalith needs some love (could even make his Mega colors resemble his shiny!), Golisopod without Emergency Exit, Mega Haxorus could look insane, Bug/Dragon Yanmega would be awesome, and last but not least, imagine a Drought Grass/Fire Mega Sunflora. Instant Solarbeam (or even Solar Blade if it becomes a mixed attacker), and boost to Fire moves. with 100 Attack, 120 Sp Attack, and 90 Speed it could be pretty decent!

I love mamoswine. He's not my favorite but my favorite slept on Pokemon. During ORAS all my online battle teams had mamoswine. I won a lot of game with that beast. Seeing him as a mega just feels right. Also the design is sick

& then we battle idea: Your opponent imitates the pokemon's cry, if u guess it right, you can choose an ability or held item. If you laugh, your opponent chooses that Pokemon's moveset OR Your opponent Plays your starter pokemon's cries. If you guess the pokemon, you can choose any ability. If you don't guess it right, ur opponent chooses your moveset Loser has to imitate the cries of their opponent's pokemon team

My favorite Pokemon already got a mega, and me and my brother have always talked about if his favorite, Crobat, got a mega. That would be so cool to see. I think alot of people would love to see Mega Crobat.

I think Mega Sigilyph would be sick. I've always had an interest in those uncanny biblically accurate angel pokemon like him and Starmie. Mega Golduck surely needs to happen, he deserves that psychic typing. Toxtricity and Grafaiai has infinite potential. Mega Ditto would just be hilarious. Mega Mimikyu would give Mimikyu the opportunity to be useful without it's regular ability. Tatsugiri could heavily benefit from a mega as well.
