I used a rpg with the helix barrel and the fire rate barrel whatever it was with a magazine upgrade of 20 or more, not sure. And multiple rockets instead of just 1. I crashed my computer and had to restart. Ive been trying to replicate with full release but i havent gotren that lucky yet lol

Thousand enemies * 0.01% * 20 damage = 2 damage. And that is assuming it's multiplicative.

Exactly. 2 damage, per thousand. How many thousands were killed from that point? How much damage would that 20 have become by the boss fight? and that's not including the increases in base damage that also came along the way.

@@somegeezer You underestimate how much "thousand" is. Realistically this might have ended up 5-10 damage. Which isn't nothing, obviously the upgrade will be balanced. But it's also not a gamebreaking amount.

Being a big fan of this genre of game, I'd not be surprised if the end total was close to a hundred thousand in a run. If only half that, and he only got the item half way through the run, he still would have ended with over double damage.

@@Shuizid In bullet heaven games, it's common to end a run at 13 thousand kills after that 20 minute mark. being as he was offered it around 13m in, we lose 65% of that damage boost, leaving us with a cool 45*% damage up. 0.01% damage per kill is giant.

kind of a bad play letting a recharge bonus to your ability and 0.01% infinite scaling damage pass up. This is just damage, you're killing hordes of things easily, you kill 100 enemies per clip spent basically. Alas, classic DF moment.
