I Created the ULTIMATE Resident Evil 4 Randomizer

I created the ultimate resident evil 4 randomizer and did a speedrun of it. It randomizes the enemy spawns the character you play as and the merchant.

Would love to see a RE4R randomizer. Considering that enemies aren't grouped into blocks like the OG, you could have a Verdugo, a Regenerator, and a Villager in the same room.

@Paragon Yoshi i just saw a full non speedrun playthrough of it finished about a month ago. All randomizers are broken to some degree, though. Think there were like 2 crashes? But they weren't item related that I saw. And there's a hotkey to enable/disable it if you dont get key items in time.

Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and wanted to share a painful story of mine about these REmakes. In 2015 I was in contact with Capcom about the motion capture role of Leon for the upcoming RE 2 Remake. I failed to mention I also have a voice acting background, in the end I lost the part...☹ Now many years later, when I see how successful those remakes are I can't believe I wasted such an opportunity. In this business one audition can change your entire life. PS. I got Mercenaries on 3ds, it's pretty cool too.

I also got a super Salvador for the Mendez fight in one run-through, and the only way I was able to live was by climbing the ladder and shooting the guy mid air during his his leap up the ladder, knocking him back down. It took a while, but it was the only way I could work around his infinite swings that you can almost never stun him out of.

I really wonder if a Dead Space randomizer will be possible to do from a technical standpoint. Much like RE4, DS is based a lot on fixed enemy/item locations and whatnot, so a randomizer for Dead Space would be equally chaotic, and make for a great challenge.

Maybe someone in this community can help me. I want to play RE4 on my laptop but i have this stupid problem that the game is like in super slowmotion. My laptop is more than enough to play the game so its not because the hardware is too weak. This problem seems to be commonly known but no fix i read about works for me.

do you think if someone put enough time and effort into this, someone could use the preexisting models of ada, hunk, etc to make animations that leon would usually do (as in, animations involving guns needing to be held that these characters usually wouldnt) and would be able to fully mod the game so all characters could hold all guns? or is that just wildly too difficult? i really dont know much abt modding, never modded anything, and maybe this would just kinda make these randomizers lame if that were possible? idk, the gun limit can be fun but it makes hunk basically useless too so
