Our national anthem is written in 11th December, 1911 during British Colonization​ in India by Rabindra Nath Tagore. That's why the meaning of this song is only & only towards our victory. English translation: "Thou art the ruler of the minds of all people, Dispenser of India's destiny. To clarify your confusion, the first section in music was also our full national anthem AND the same was sung in the second part. So it was first an instrumental recitation and then vocal recitation of the anthem. Same thing, 2 times.
