I also cried a lot at my last job, I cried at work and at home, where I should rest, until I sought help and was diagnosed with mental fatigue because I had very strong self-collection in me... after I sought help and realized that everything is a process and that everyone has their own pace. The same thing happened to me this week. I recently started working as an intern at this huge multinational company and since I’m new, I’m not really familiar with certain procedures and this week I made my first (big) mistake. My boss was really mad at me, she didn’t even speak to me for a few hours. I felt so bad and useless but then I realized I couldn’t let this take me down, I needed to show my boss what I’m truly capable of and that day I worked very hard despite the mistake I made. I took at least ten deep breaths before working again hahaha but it was what I needed. And when I got home, I cried by myself, it’s good to cry! It’s good to let your emotions out every time you need to. We’re still new at our jobs, we will make mistakes but we will also do our best. So keep the good work girl! You got this! 🤍
