Her complained was that she didn't come in early to rehearse that day and therefore, at age 68 was incapable of having an adult conversation. SHE became defensive an kept FORCING/PUSHING Elaine and Sheryl saying over and over, EXPLAIN IT TO ME, EDUCATE ME, I NEED to know. Both co-hosts were getting very uncomfortable and wished she would just STOP being so DEMANDING for an education on racism. If she had stopped and took it behind scene and continue the conversation with her "good friend" Sheryl AFTER work she wouldn't be "a victim". She got herself FIRED being OBNOXIOUS as usual NOT for "defending a friend" while Sheryl remained calm patient handling the situation in a professional matter. She is there to stay for being a good worker unless Osbourne gets her fired which obviously she won't nor did she succeed. Only person getting hosts fired was Sharon, like the 2 WELL KNOWN celebrities Marie Osmond and Leah Remini, women became viewers favorites if they remained. NOT Sharon who always has to be the center of attention and she is already achieved it with her new show 3 days later, it already has become about the OSBOURNES!!!!

For pete's in HER own words she said they went in at 8 am in the morning to rehearse and the way they treated as if she was the "queen" of the show, Sara not standing up to her I always had the feeling she got the topics a day ahead in time. I cannot stand Piers Morgan. I find him to be an unbearable, loud, aggressive bully. Yet, it is insane that he lost his job for saying he didn't believe Meghan. He should have been fired for disrespecting his guests and co-workers and being a loud bully.

To be honest, I don't feel bad for Piers cos the issue with him was that the way he expressed his opinion was just out of order, not his opinion itself. He had a right to feel that way but the way he expressed it was just wrong. However, I do feel very sorry for Sharon because having seen her on the X Factor I know she is a lovely women and what she is saying makes sense about being paid for your opinion. She should not have been fired because she was just standing by her friend.

It wasn’t Sharon’s opinion that was inherently racist. It was her reaction to being challenged on Piers’s opinion. You don’t to yell at another adult human and then tell them not to cry. My heart goes out to her. In the larger scope of life, this event will pass. Unfortunately, it was broadcast publicly and a director should have intervened. You just have to gain deeper perspective in life or else ant hills become mountains. Beyond anything else, the cursing and screaming actually did Sharon in on the Talk and led to the show's investigation. She would have been fine otherwise. Never curse out your co-workers or friends, at work, unless you are willing to take the loss. 🧐 I saw that episode of the Talk as it played out and it was very unsettling. She clearly felt singled out and misunderstood, and I also think she was misunderstanding the other hosts too. That segment lasted way too long! What I saw was a case study of people talking at each other, but not actually listening to each other to understand each other's context.
