I cried like a baby while editing this 😭... Surprise Love is Blind Date Night! | Birthday VLOG

My husband surprised me for my birthday with a Love is Blind Date Night! If you haven't heard of the Netflix show Love is Blind, it's about people who meet each other and go on blind dates with a wall in-between them. Singles try to find a match and fall in love -- without ever seeing each other face-to-face, as emotional connection attempts to conquer physical attraction. ➡➡➡ We we do not support everything about Love is Blind. We watch knowing that it is a secular show (if you have other convictions - please be nice in the comments. Thank you so much.) It was so unique and fun to do a date night while separated by a wall. It really did help grow our emotional connection - especially because Johnny had so many deep and intentional questions for us to ask one another! I cried like a baby while editing this because I constantly am in awe of this amazing man that God brought into my life. It was so worth it to wait for a man of God! I am thankful to both my husband and God for always taking care of me and loving me so deeply. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this birthday vlog :) I will look back on these memories and cherish them forever!

Hey Ashley, I really appreciate you sharing your heart at the end of the video about why you were so sad about the outfit. Literally today I was struggling with wanting perfect ideals and situations in terms of money for college and having a nice car. But God is showing me that trusting and leaning on him is more important, growing in my love for him and my spiritual walk is more important than physical things. Aww! Loved this video so much! ❤ I understand your story about the rusty laundry water as I had a similar experience years back when they flushed the hydrants in our neighborhood. I remember I was very upset at the time but now I can’t even remember what outfits were even in the laundry that day. I love love I blind thé usa version. I know it is very controversial for Christians to be watching such shows with sexual content and language. But basically that is our world currently. We just watch to be informed, not to be transformed. Romans 12:2 DO NOT conform to this world. I believe it’s not a huge deal for Christian couples to watch this show,specifically, because it’s focusing on character rather than looks of a person. Like God does with his Children .
