Welcome to Coffee Girls :) Today I am so excited to share a pregnant day in the life with you! I am currently in my 3rd trimester and getting ready for baby to arrive. I am nesting (getting the house and all baby stuff ready for the baby), grocery shopping, cleaning out the car, and getting the baby room ready! We are thankful to God for all this time as a married couple to enjoy life and also to prepare for the arrival of our first child. I hope you enjoy this video!

HI! Have you tried weekly food themes for menu planning? Such as Monday: Meat meal,/ Tues:Taco,/Wed: whatever free day/Fri:Fish, Sat:Soup, etc. (that's the alliteration way and super easy way to jog your memory, of course you can eat Pasta on Tuesday etc.) Having open themes gives you something to start from and also is flex enough that you can eat various things per each food theme. Also freezing easy dinners for the two of you when baby comes would be really convenient! Blessings to your family during this super exciting time!! xo

forgot to add, with that way of meal planning, each category would circle around once a week, so you'd be eating the same meal or something similar about four times a month. So the month would also be pretty much figured out. And then it can also be changed up seasonally, etc. But, it's a really effortless way to figure out your food plan without much thinking and also get a good variety! :)

aw throw back to the memorial workout! i haven’t gone back to crossfit myself, 3 pregnancies, 2 littles later, but there are many ways to get your body moving and feel empowered and present! when you spoke about emotions i can relate to that, and praying you are turned away from wrath and instead are safe to pour your raw emotions at the feet of Jesus!

Hi Ashley! Hi Johnny! I know you must be exhausted. But you need to be resting while you can, take a few hours and nap while you can before baby comes, and make sure to do a lot of walking. Walking helps with labor. The cramping is the baby moving into position, his head moving down. Labor pains because you are a carrying a boy will be felt in your back. All is normal. Praying you have a smooth labor and delivery. GOD be with you! 🙏🙏🙏😊❤️🤰
