I recently cut my hair just because I couldn’t be bothered to do my hair anymore. It was too much to focus on while focusing on other stuff and honestly, being able to just moisturize and go about my business has been such a relief

I cut mine 3 months ago as well.took advantage of the lockdown here in SA and its over an inch now. Had to cut due to bald spots as well.try damatol for the bald spots.i also used rice water and it helped.

Honestly this is me right now...I have booked my haircut and ready. The balding is so common, I went to a dermatologist and they prescribed minoxidil. Girls dermatologist also know about hair so don't be afraid to ask!

I shaved my hair down this past weekend as well lol. Not a full buzz cut but it’s pretty short. No tears, no regrets. I’m happy to have really short hair. It’s so cute and low-maintenance and my curls are poppin! :)

I feel this deeply. My hair has started falling out in lockdown and I've been spending the time working out my options. Looking into buying some hair, as the girls in the alopecia community swear that it helps you rebuild my confidence, but I simultaneously can't help thinking TO WHAT END? Why am I spending so much time/money on this in a pandemic?!

I’m a hairstylist and I have a passion for my work, but even I can admit that aesthetics and appearance are a total and complete waste of time. In the same effect I am overweight and have decided it takes too much of a toll on my mental health to count calories and work out 6 days a week (the only way I was able to lose weight in the past) so I’ve just said fuck it and I eat what I want and I’ve never been happier? Like “fuck it I’ll have the vegan chicken nuggets” is my version of the head shave lol
