She got a lead role in Quantico because it was financed by affiliates of Red Chilies and Reliance. The show had low ratings and TV channels wanted to remove it by 5th episode but within 8 hours 30,000 Indians file an online petition of " stop racism" and as usual snow flake gorra bended over backward to accommodate and appease dark skin people

She should stop using the dark skin card. Where will white actors go for jobs? She was photoshopped to 30 shades of light and peachy skin in all her Indian movies, magazines Tv appearances etc. She enjoyed money fame for over 10 years in Bollywood. Even today, she uses orangish reddish, yellowish filters on the pics in which she is standing next to whites so they don't look white and she don't look Indian. Recently, At Nota Ambani party NMACC, Indian Indian cameramen used orange filters to make Indian and white guests look similar and from an orange race. . Who gave them the right to temper with the pics of whites? Why doesn't she make it clear that during her school years in the USA, it was her black schoolmates who made fun of her indian accent because she was trying to steal their boyfriends?

So basically it’s patriarchal system where women is judged for her body and then given opportunity based on that. There are so many girls who r doing more meaningful things and hard work but this pageant won’t give chance as they are not lustful beauty. It’s not an individualistic opportunity it is given to all the winners and it’s just ur luck and hard work after winning and what u do with it. Priyank chopra’s opportunity is not unique in that sense.

İt's us women who'll have to create a new environment ourselves for our daughters for our upcoming generation And even for the girls in this age, like a powerful woman like priyanka and other powerful women can create environments which give opportunities to other women without that patriarchal agenda İt's in the hands of us, in the hands of women only to do that actually Because it won't be changing any other way

Now imagine not needing any validation even without an entourage, or a team, or any friends, and no more than two or three family members. It's important for the new generation to understand that an entire life cannot be lived to please people and get validation for everything 24/7. Social media is very toxic and very harmful. I personally don't find anything fun or attractive about social media.

Women should go and watch more female led movies That's the ultimate solution of these issues Women didn't do that, that's became the root cause of these pay gap issues and patriachal approch in movies and objectification of women etc etc Bollywood is kind of based on objectification of women and it's been that way from start because the men were majority audience in theatres, had it been female audience There wouldn't have been so much objectification and there wouldn't have been too much pay gap because women would actually have been watching female led movies So, women, it's better late than never though And same goes for other fields There's one rule for justice and power *Majority has authority*

Seems factually incorrect, given that a lot of movies are produced by the male leads/superstars and they don't take salaries but a % of profit, this would not be an apples-to-apples comparison. Movies like Mary Kom, 7 khoon maaf etc. which were based on the female protagonist (PC) would not have had male actors having 10x her salary infact she would have been the highest paid actor in those movies. The salaries that stars quote or the profits they take from producing the film is based on their bankability/ commercial success probability. So, you get paid only what the industry thinks you can bring to the box office accordingly your negotiating power is decided. Nobody wants to lose money. There was a time when Sridevi was paid substantially more than her male leads/ co-stars because she brought the footfalls to the theaters, and ringed in the box office numbers. She was the superstar. If you do flowerpot roles and people don't come to watch you in the movie, you get paid accordingly and that is brutally the same across all movie industries. We are proud of what PC has achieved as an actor but this skewing of information about an industry is uncalled for, seems like playing the underdog/ victim card when you aren't one. Even today certain female actors are paid more than their male counterparts in certain movies because they are the superstar in the movie, people will come to theaters to watch them in the movie.

“Women being judged by male gaze and beauty standard created by patriarchal normes” - that’s a very unfair statement and allegation. Women are equally responsible for male gaze and creating beauty standards by using make up, under going plastic surgeries and using thier bodies to make a career and selecting the male as a partner. It’s shocking to me that a woman who has used the beauty pagent for a stepping stone for all the sucess and glory of life, playing feminine role is now bashing that very system. It is such a hypocritical statement. If you strongly feel what you say, stop wearing make up or living up to the standard of beauty in public for fame and attention and keep that beauty for your husband in a household.

@puidemare2337 Жыл бұрын
Feminism doesn't mean one renounces anything that is male or patriarchal oriented. Modern feminism has bastardized the original essence of it. Today's feminism seems to reject anything that is male. The original idea of feminism was equal pay for equal work done, irregardless of gender. That's what women fought for in the 60s. Now, when a man shows chivalry, some women are so repulsed by it. I enjoy having doors open for me and men being the alpha male who can protect me from danger if needed, etc.

İt's the situation of that meme"Waisay toh Woh pighalti nhi but yahan Woh pighal gae"😂🥴🥴 I didn't liked it though,her adding husband's name😅🥴🥴 The reason of her melting in my opinion is that some women do some things in love which other times their pride doesn't allow them to Like you sometimes do some things for the people you love because you love them even if you have a big pride which doesn't allow those certain things I think it's that sort of thing in her😂 İt's just my analysis and I'm not myself sure that it is true or not about her

@@sophrosynemind Female, feminine, feminist in my opinion all belong to all the women The women who stand head held high with their pride and self-esteem intact, the one's who protect their pride and power are real females and protect their people too are real feminine or real feminist That's the definition our soul told us since the age we started to comprehend the universe and the definitions you know are one of the many western idiotic controversies which are a bunch of stereotypes based on hurted-ego, repulsion and hate of a group of men felt from the rude behaviour of women, simple Those definitions of femininity and feminism doesn't have any soul, a soul of real woman Those definitions actually have the soul of men whose ego was hurt, who felt hate with being less-powerful and less influential And they aren't to be blamed actually, it's human nature İt's like a student of always come first in class and that student is used to the special treatment and used to the influence that comes with the top place but suddenly there comes other student who takes his top place away from him and becomes his/her biggest competitor Do you think the first student will like that? Obviously not, that'll hurt his/her pride, ego and whatever etc So, that's the actual counter-attack of bunch of men, created by trying to defame feminism and females(like the women memes nowadays) but we know they are hurt poor souls🤦😅😅 Competition of power and pride is like that, it was like that from the beginning of the world, it'll stay like that till the end But the best humans are those who actually live like a team instead of being a competitor, the ones who prefer to stay like partners make greater things together than the ones who always listen to their ego, whether it's men or women And I'm not excusing for writing such a big essay as a reply because it kinds of like notes for me, commenting on KZbin is similar to writing as it's great for thought process
