Congress party workers marked sikh houses with a red cross. My mother's non sikh family hid the sikhs in their stores with lights off. Whenever someone would come to ask where are the sikhs next door? They said they left long back. That small store is still there i see it wenever i go to naani's house it gives me chills the sikhs still live next door in the same house they are lifelong friends of my mom's family. I have seen such deep love between them.....may god bless all sikh brothers....

What a Leadership 🎉

In the last week of April 2023 Kukis started burning Forest offices, open jim, then on 3rd May 2023 they did solidarity march in Churachandpur holding AK 47 rifles and started burning shops and houses. Meitei colony in Churachandpur were caught unprepared and several Meitei men and women murdered and others ran for life. On this day kukis torched several Meitei houses and attacked adjacent Villages. On 4th May meiteis in Imphal valley retaliated by burning kuki settlement in and around Imphal municipal area and also murdered many. The meitei settlement in Churachandpur was later bulldozed and flattened. Central forces and State agencies were mute spectators. Kukis had a upper hand in this conflict because they did it after meticulous planning with abundant sophisticated weapons. However Meiteis were unprepared and tried to defend with the few licenced guns they had. Meiteis are on the defensive till date. Kukis had sophisticated arms and money (from drug business). State forces were not given power to shoot in the beginning of conflict. Central forces were also not given order to act. All forces exercise limited power. So meiteis were left alone to defend themselves. At this time the meitei insurgent groups came in to save the meiteis. However in many villages these insurgent groups could not reach.Local youths were angry because of the inaction of police and central forces. So they approached police stations and asked to hand over arms. They say " If you do not save us, please give us the arms to defend ourselves and save ourselves " Police didn't have reply because they were not given power to act and use their guns. Their action was limited to control mob only. Then police had to give in the demand of the public. So the same nature of violence spread to many areas. Now no Meitei settlement is there in Churachandpur, Kangpokpi, Moreh where ethnic cleansing is complete. Fierce fight also happened in Serou and Sugnu. Now kukis next target is Jiribam where there is thin population of meiteis. Ethnic cleansing is underway here also. Central forces are shifting the meiteis out of their houses. So their houses are left to kukis' hand who loot and burn without any resistance. Central forces even put barbwire fencing around the meitei villages once they have been shifted out so that meiteis do not come back. Thats why meiteis are so angry against the attitude of Central forces. It is also a fact that many big roads ( in the standard of highways) and bridges are constructing in the hills by kukis on their own. Kukis have abundant wealth from drug business since decades. This war can be put to an end within 48 hours if proper power is given to the central forces (nearly one lakh forces are deployed). The two national highways which are the lifeline of Manipur which connect Manipur to mainland India is under indefinite blockade by kukis since several months. This proves the inaction of one lakh central forces deployed in Manipur. They are mere mute spectators.These forces can easily douse the fire if central govt wish to do so. We don't understand why central govt do not assign power to the forces to act on this violence and Prime minister doesn't speak. What is the hidden agenda? Do the central government want to give Separate Administration to kukis as demanded by them after ethnic cleansing is done in the areas they claim theirs. These are unbiased facts one can verify on ground.
