but you need to be careful with food in vietnam. For example, Vietnamese food has a lot of salt, a lot of spices, extremely bad for the internal organs, not to mention the origin of the food is a difficult thing to know, the quality is not safe.

I’ve been so depressed ever since coming back to America after 1 month of visiting & living with my family in Saigon. The videos you and Chris upload genuinely help me so much.
