Harry back to Spurs til the end of the season, to just steady the ship and actually coach the team some defensive shape isn't the worst idea I've ever heard. United are CLEAR proof that you can't bring a new manager into a sinking ship with no tools or resources half way through the season and ask them to work miracles and coach a new philosophy. If you're sacking Ange, don't bring the new manager in until the summer and give him a clean slate. Not that I care, I don't support Spurs. Levy IN.

Yes, Ange’s tactics were for players to make bad passes and not take any shots for goals. Some need a reality check. Tottenham wasn't going to get to that final. With Ange or even Mourinho or Conte if they had this squad. It's depleted, injury bugged. The front office hasn't helped by not getting players good enough to help ease the burden on those currently playing. Manager looks clueless because he doesn't have his core on the field. When will people realize that Tottenham needs to a clean out from upper management to playing staff. The last caller is a right plonker. When will you realise, sacking Ange isn’t going to change anything. The players aren’t good enough and represent a persistent culture of mistakes in recruitment which has continued to cost Spurs year after year. It says it all when player after and manager after manager are turning down the opportunity to join the club, Ange had to personally take over the Tel negotiations to close the deal!! Yes Ange is responsible, but if the players don’t turn up or show any mettle or courage on the ball, then they need to go!! This is a painful rebuild job which has been exposed by the best team in Europe and there are many experienced players who will need to be moved on in the summer if the club is going to move forward in anyway. It has been a downward trajectory because managers are not equipped to succeed at Spurs. If we sack Ange now, we’ll only be pressing the reset button again and nothing is going to change unfortunately. Why do you think Slot turned down the job? Because there are severe limitations imposed by Levy and no assistance given. We’ve had the worst injury crisis in years, and we sign a GK who we were meant to sign in the summer, a decent CB and a young forward who hasn’t made the grade yet, where are the quality first team signings?! Absolute mess

People expecting a different outcome are mad, I was hoping for a draw at best 1. We had a Richarlison who's evidently came back too early from injury and is now out again. 2. Two fresh signings having their debuts who arrived in London 2-4 days ago. 3. 18 year old playing CDM in RB 4. Lack of depth in bench, causing tired legs after an impossible long run from 4th of Jan 5. Reality check on the Quality of our opposition. 1st vs 14th.
