you should look into Dark Simorgh lockdown idea. build it with Performapal Five-Rainbow Magician (pendulum zone) and some Anti-Spell Fragrance (trap). you can special summon Dark Simorgh using Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo (Ninjitsu Art of Transformation) or other way you like haha. I like your content, keep it up!

Man yugioh has evolved I have not touched my cards or watched past 5Ds when that came out. Yugioh should be introduced in the scientific section in school the game more complicated than rocket science 😂. This was a fun watch

Max C? more like Min C! Zenmaity unlimited in OCG/MD because Hunter is banned, while in TCG Hunter is unlimited but Zenmaity is banned. But even without Hunter, you still manage to do their "broken" handrip strategy, just with a little inconsistency than full power ZenHunter.

Could this deck also work with Droll Lock? As a backup in case Protector is unavailable, another card that's a hand trap instead of a field effect.

It could work, but you would need them to add a card to hand in order to activate droll. If/when they do, you can chain durendal, disturbance strategy, or present card, and then chain link 2 the droll. There might be other cards that force a redraw, but those are the few that I was looking at originally.

You should do a gem knight deck with the field spell black garden, its toxic but super fun and pretty consistent. Its a otk if you go first

Lmfao thats so true there many made up rulings that have 0 logic or reason. The only reason is to prevent easy broken/strong strategies. But instead those rulings well made those cards never be used or see the light of day. Now even if those rulings are changed or loosen up it does no matter those cards or strategies can't compete with all the powercrept effects unless they able to abuse some of the new cards like in this maleficent video that show case both the usage of old and new cards plus the broken state of a ban list.

honestly though, should the opp be mad that they got their entire hand shuffled away when they're the ones playing the even more caustic meta decks that don't let you play anyway? Yes. And that's what makes their tears so delicious.
