@@lennagreene4556 honestly as a civil engineer I don't think this worth 2.5M. Misinformation kase ang exclusion nya lang sa video nya sa cost na 2.5M is yun lot meaning inclusive na lahat yun 2.5M including professional fees, permits, site development and etc. And that is way to short. And if you really have an experience building houses siguro dika masyadong lalayo sa presyo in actual even you said rough estimates. So even you are top 5, top 4 or top 1 in the arch. board exam it doesn't mean magaling kna mag estimates. We'll actually its engineers job to do the estimates pero kung experienced arch. @@rafaeldungo8301 It is so clear that he said the floor area of the house is 100 square meters and to estimate the cost he will use 25000/square meter = 2.5M. Just seen the foyer pov and I already know I like this design! Update: I love the pocket doors, that how I'd design my house too. The flight of wall mounted stairs is great too perhaps in a different material. My only wish is to have a bigger kitchen counter space. And oh my other wish is I hope I'll be able to afford his architectural services when I'm ready to build my house. 😹😹😹😹😹😹

request, design a compact, reverse living house on a 200sqm lot (living area, kitchen are on the 2nd floor). minimum 2 car garage. shower area and toilet are separate - even if one is using the toilet, another person can take a shower (still with privacy). can you make it a "pandak" house? looks like a 2 storey house but is actually 3 storeys. can you also include a genkan. tia.

I really love this house design.. pero if i am to edit, cguro e invert ko ang sala na when u watch tv, u would face the back of the house and ung sliding door ay nasa likoran. Perhaps create a minipool din in that area.

pls do not be deceived by this channel and his cost misinformation. this is all for the views, he isn't even acknowledged or known by contractors from where he lives. that means, very little construction experience, and mainly earns from youtube as a vlogger, and not a real architect with experience.

Philippines is a tropical country. 2. 👍🏼

Arki, I have a small kitchen and I’m having it renovated after ECQ, I wanted it to look bigger and spacious so I was thinking of redoing the floor tiles with the same concept as your design in the ground floor bathroom - laying the tiles parallel to the floor. Question: which tile planks would make it look bigger/spacious - a smaller/thinner or bigger/wider planks?

Hi arch. Lyan. Are you aware of today's construction material prices? As a person in the construction industry, I don't think kakayanin ng 25k/sqm alone lang yan.
@kathq46733 жыл бұрын
Exactly my thoughts too.
@lennagreene45563 жыл бұрын
I've been to a home depot and the difference in material prices is insane. There is a 30 x 60 tile that cost only 70 pesos per piece and the other one is 200 per piece. Ar Oliver's design is classy and it will still look beautiful even if the materials will not be high end.
@boyhudas50243 жыл бұрын
@@lennagreene4556 his assumption for this project is misleading, hindi nya dapat binanggit at ginamit na reference ang 25k parametric costing. Rebars and all steel products prices skyrockets last summer at hindi pa bumababa ngayon. Aluminum windows palang nya papalo na ng more than 300k.
