I even recorded myself siccing a mugger on him and then using the Toreador to kill him (For some reason the missiles seem to treat muggers like vehicles so if you aim a missile at one and do it just right you can pretty much lock-on kill players with the Toreador.)

I haven't seen a godmode player in forever, mostly because I don't play GTA much any more, but I used to lure them into a dogfight at the edge of the map which they would lose because godmode can't replace skill. Their jet would be destroyed and they'd have to choose between either swimming forever to get back or teleporting and losing godmode
