I'm curious to get this moisturizing curl defining gel over the cream for my twist and twist outs. My hair does not seem to like creams anymore. Have you used this gel to do a twist out or braid out?
@Leaveit2Nessa3 жыл бұрын
I’ve actually transformed it to a twistout after. The definition was very good. Here’s the link kzbin.info/www/bejne/joTXp4SIgJuCmsk

Did it flake? I couldn’t tell but it looked like there may have been some flakes on the back.
@Leaveit2Nessa4 жыл бұрын
It did. When I first did it, it was fine. But as the week progressed and the humidity started kicking in, I noticed the flakes.

I definitely want to see how long it lasted. Does it still feel moisturized? Does it leave a hard or soft cast? What's in your homemade oil mix?

Excellent questions! Tomorrow's video will address them all, stay tuned for that 😉

How long did the wash n go last? I just ordered the gel but I have been using the rest of the product line for months.
@Leaveit2Nessa3 жыл бұрын
I think it was less than a week, then I transformed it to a twistout which I showed here kzbin.info/www/bejne/joTXp4SIgJuCmsk. I gave the exact timeframe here.

@@Leaveit2Nessa thank you. Do you recommend a gel or do you have any suggestions to make the wash n go with Adwoa last longer? Maybe combining it with another product like mouse
@Leaveit2Nessa3 жыл бұрын
@@ericadorsainvil3856 in all honesty, I love this gel. The more I use it, the more I understand it, but I have yet to get it to last long. I get great definition and my hair feels great, but per Adwoa, it wasn’t formulated to have strong hold. It also depends on where you live as well. It’s super humid where I’m at. You can pair it another gel, like eco, wetline, style sexy hair (my fave) but you also run the risk of flakes. If you do so, I would test the products together, first. I’ve never used mousse for wash n go, so I can’t really speak on that combo.

@@ericadorsainvil3856 this is my favorite wash and go combo right here. I get great definition and great hold for at least a week kzbin.info/www/bejne/m4mxl3ijfpihlas

OMG, really? What went wrong?
@chaniecevaughns70664 жыл бұрын
Leaveit2Nessa It just didn’t weigh down my hair like I like. I think I’m used to how the typical gels operate!
@Leaveit2Nessa4 жыл бұрын
Right I understand. It’s definitely not like the eco stylers of the world and the wet lines, but they specifically avoided certain ingredients to make sure it was healthy for your hair.
