On my journey of intermittent fasting 16:8 method for almost 4 months now And lost 10 kgs I workout almost daily which includes HIIT and strength training Sometimes i take a break for a week or so Havent felt any better The only thing i feel is nutrition should be kept in mind It might give u many deficiency

I have been cutting off sugar for years when i found out i had type 1 diabetes.I also dont eat anything between 7 30 pm and 8 30 pm.Gotta say ever since then i feel like a completely new person ,like theres this fire inside of me and making me unstoppable.I absolutely adore your videos and love your narrating !Its like a breath of fresh air!Thank you and keep going:)

I have been on intermittent fasting these past few weeks. In the first week, my blood pressure dropped quite low. Was feeling dizzy and weak. But i continued . Now my body has adjusted to it and I feel so light all day. It is completely worth it. We just have to eat properly, not eating less is very important. A planned nutritious balanced diet is very necessary. Takes time and effort but again, completely worth it. I have cheat meals, it is fine. I believe that's important too. For me to keep on this IF. All the best to anyone who is trying to change to live healthier! 🙌✅

I have been doing this.. but i follow it it differently.. what I do is I just eat lunch and then dinner.. nothing between it.. and also whatever I want to eat i eat itbalong with lunch or dinner.. this made my weight reduced from 62 to 58

I m too thinking of doing this fasting window of 10:14,that is from 9am to 7pm.being a govt job aspirant that demands extensive study, it's impossible for me to eat only 8 hours a day that too when multiple exams are hanging on my neck. It's impressive what you are doing. You must have a lot of will power. I used to be naturally skinny person. So I ate what I wanted, when I wanted. Since lockdown, I got into baking and then experienced back and knee pain. And last years an accident caused me to put on weight. I can't exercise intensely for another 6 months, plus limited mobility has left me feeling low and i end up eating to regulate my emotions. I have tried intermittent fasting 2 times but i get night time craving and can't control. How do I start again, so I can sustain.

You need to drink a lot of water to avoid gastric issues.... before starting anything you need to completely know about it....and be aware of the do's and don'ts

After 30days , you are on normal diet Anita? If we come to normal, will or weight increase again? Long run we can't be in intermittent fasting ( without dinner i don't get sleep, without breakfast my day goes in eating more more)

Yes! You can't intake any solid food items only things like black coffee without sugar or the best green tea without honey. As natural sugars are also not allowed

Yes fruits and nuts are okay. in 8 hour eating window- 2 meals(lunch and dinner) and 1 snack(fruits and nuts) is ok

As per my opinion it's absolutely fine. I have used same window and it worked for me. Break your fast by having something raw like fruits or salad

Much love to you! If there is canteen facility available in your college, you can have meals on days you can't cook. About workout, somehow try to do atleast 30 mins of workout, either before or after college

Perhaps you’re not eating enough throughout the day. Initially your body will take time to adjust to this new regime and maybe as Anita has suggested increase your fasting window gradually over several weeks. It does work. I worked shifts as a nurse and diabetic so did exactly that. Now I am recently retired I have again adjusted my fasting window to reflect my changed lifestyle. Good luck💕
