I have been on intermittent fasting these past few weeks. In the first week, my blood pressure dropped quite low. Was feeling dizzy and weak. But i continued . Now my body has adjusted to it and I feel so light all day. It is completely worth it. We just have to eat properly, not eating less is very important. A planned nutritious balanced diet is very necessary. Takes time and effort but again, completely worth it. I have cheat meals, it is fine. I believe that's important too. For me to keep on this IF. All the best to anyone who is trying to change to live healthier! 🙌✅

It's impressive what you are doing. You must have a lot of will power. I used to be naturally skinny person. So I ate what I wanted, when I wanted. Since lockdown, I got into baking and then experienced back and knee pain. And last years an accident caused me to put on weight. I can't exercise intensely for another 6 months, plus limited mobility has left me feeling low and i end up eating to regulate my emotions. I have tried intermittent fasting 2 times but i get night time craving and can't control. How do I start again, so I can sustain.

Perhaps you’re not eating enough throughout the day. Initially your body will take time to adjust to this new regime and maybe as Anita has suggested increase your fasting window gradually over several weeks. It does work. I worked shifts as a nurse and diabetic so did exactly that. Now I am recently retired I have again adjusted my fasting window to reflect my changed lifestyle. Good luck💕
