I just did 8 matka tower card runs 10 minutes ago, and not one gave me the big bag or gun slot bag, only the tiny 500 dollar backpacks. Only one had a max tier vest. No good helmets. No good nightvision. I got air and luty boxes. I got one ak alpha. That's about it. I got better stuff at squeaky. I got a gpu and quad nods.
