Regarding the "sell jewelry to Grum" method, something I think a lot of people don't realize is how NPC shop pricing works. General stores always buy the first item you sell them they will buy at low alchemy value (40% of the item's base sale price) and specialty shops like Grum's will buy the first item you sell them for its high alchemy value (60% of the item's base price). For each item they already have in stock, the shops buying price decreases by a %. Because of this, you can actually make a similar profit off of jewelry by just high alching it. The only additional expense comes from the nature runes, but some items are still quite profitable. It also takes a bit of time to actually do the alching, but this money making strategy is equivalent to a high alching strategy in terms of profit per item.

Unusual moneymaker: making baskets of apple(5). By adding cooking apples to the baskets and then selling the baskets of apples, you can profit up to 500k per hour depending on how fast you can do it!

I did this exact thing using oranges lmao, I was doing a dream mentor and noticed slayermusic used them for the quest. It's around 1000gp per 20 baskets filled. Everything insta sells or buys 2. It takes me around 1 minute to fill up 100 baskets, taking 5 out at a time and using take out all on the oranges. Selling them, the Total cost of the 20 baskets + 100 oranges is around 8k with the sale price being 9050-9450. The net profit is therefore between 1050 and 1400 per minute. Multiplying that by 60 minutes it has the potential to bring in around 64k-86k. If really pushing the limit with perfect clicks you might be able to do 100k-150k.

Unusual (maybe?) money making: Farming jute / yanillian hops. It's largely a passive process, taking 1 hour/50m for the hops to grow and 2-3 minutes to do a run and it nets you anywhere from 60-100K+ per run with yanillian hops, depending on compost used, farming level, magic secateurs, farming cape, attas seed etc. Note that jute seeds are much better profit (almost 200gp higher per crop and take 50min compared to yanillian's 60) but I use yanillian hops because they're needed for protecting mahogany trees. Also, always pay the protection price (basket of tomatoes for yanillian, 6 barley malt for jute) as they seem to get diseased fairly often without them. Items needed: 16 jute/yanillian seeds (+ payment) per run, dramen/lunar staff, watchtower teleport, charged chronicle, 4 ultracompost, seed dibber / spade / rake Process: Visit the four hops patches (above mcgrubor's wood, near champions guild, yanille, entrana) and harvest/plant all hops, noting on tool leprechaun. The order doesn't matter except you should do entrana after the one above mcgrubor's wood as you need to bank the staff to visit entrana.

Gout tubers used to be way more money than they are now. We used to go in teams of 10+ people with my clan and when someone found one everyone would gather around it and wait. If everyone dug at the same time, each person would receive a gout tuber. We were making 5-10m an hour easily and we often crashed the market prices because there's a low demand for them. Unfortunately Jagex patched the method and now only one person will receive the gout tuber instead of all.

It's a bit of a complicated one, but it goes as follows: You play a game of trouble brewing for 100 pieces of 8, then buy 2 "the stuff". This gives you a slightly more than 50% chance of getting mature ales when you do brewing So then you go to keldagrim and port phasmatys breweries and brew whatever's most profitable (in order to brew you need buckets of water, 2 empty pots and 30gp at keldagrim, or 5 ecto tokens - easier to just get 2 pots at kelda first), barley malt and a bag of "the stuff". Then after a couple of days, you bring a calquat keg and harvest the ale. Kegs aren't traded much so you might have to use beers instead and the price varies a lot depending on what you do. Right now, it looks like axeman's folly (m) is the most valuable so you'd also add 1 oak roots to each batch.

I'm not sure if you've done this already, but I used to go to a shop that sold feathers, I believe I used the fishing shop in port sarim. I bought it out, world hopped, and repeated. They sold for very little and I could sell them at a pretty good markup at the GE for fletchers. I never measured, but I'd be super curious to see how much gp it would make per hour!

When I started playing in 2005, one of my thieving moneymakers was to steal from the chests in the basement of the chaos druid tower in Ardougne (requires 59 thieving). They give you 2 blood runes and 500gp each time you steal from them, but they teleport you out to a house near the agility shortcut in East Ardougne when opened, and you have to run back every time.

Heres one I've found, back when I did fremmink isles quest I realized that there is alot of missed potential in those two island. Not sure if this has been said in a video, or even all that unusual... but with Puro Puro, instead of capturing the imps and keeping them, you can buy 1 imp jar and then exchange it for more imp jars. (And those suckers are like 1k each) so an investment for one imp jar can then be tripled and tripled. Don't know how much that would make in an hour but it doesn't take too long to get a full inventory of jars.

Requirements: 40+ ranged, starting cash (recommended 500k+) * Buy rune arrows at GE for 70 - 100gp each * Go to rangers guild * Sell 10 - 30 (Not more than 30) depending on prefered gain/speed, and what the arrows you bought sells for. * ??? * Profit Reason this works? The rangers guild arrow NPC buy rune arrows for 200 each, dropping down to 80 gp each after 30 sold. It's a tedious process but fairly simple and rarely botted since the requirements are "high" and not F2P.

Don't know if you've already done this one. On my grind to 77 RC at the ZMI alter I've noticed a lot of people drop runes (including blood, death, natures and laws). Make sure you're on the ZMI world and pick up all the dropped runes you see for an hour? They drop them at the altar and at the Ourania teleport.

Teleport to Woodcutting Guild and bring 2 grubby keys or if you bring 3 keys then drop cheap items & decant potions. Bank and restore run & prayer at house. I make 1.5m~ an hour (depending on click efficiency) turning compost into super compost using compost potions. Very tedious but no requirements (don't even need a lot of cash to start). Only issue is they have a buy limit of 50 so I just slow buy them in the GE (3 & 4 dose) then grind them out once in awhile. Can buy compost packs at the farmer shop in catherby if you hit buy limit for that as well.

I can't be bothered to type my methods agains so I'm just gonna copy paste from the last vids: 1. Got one that might actually be decent for newer players. Sanctifying oil on the shades of morton world and selling it. Bring some cash to buy building supplies and olive oil from the general store, a few flamtaer bracelets and a flamtaer hammer (bag obviously helps too but probably not worth getting). Rebuild temple for sanctity and sanctify olive oil untill you have an inv of sacred oil, bank and use a barrows tab to get back. Might be more efficient to just kill shades instead of rebuilding for sanctity if there aren't too many people killing them. The oil is 1.5 - 2k, I calculated 300k/hr when I tried this while lvling an alt, pretty afk and low requirments. 2. Got a real dumb one for you. You know how obnoxius broodo victims are when doing Tai Bwo cleanup? Well, apparently if you kill them by using food, antipoision and relicym's balm on them they kinda just die really fast. Basically just bring som trading sticks to bank, ca 12 relicym's balms and antipoisons, and some sacks of cabbage/potato/onion, hop worlds untill you find broodo victims and kill them for their masks that are worth 1 - 4k . I kinda tested it, but only back when there was a world hopping restrictions which made it pretty hard to do consitently. Obviously this method is entirely dependent on other people cutting jungle and spawning broodo victims without killing them. Since most people just hop when they spawn them there are generally quite a few worlds with a broodo victim chilling. I'd estimate 150k/hr if you try this when people/bots are actually doing the minigame.

Some skilling methods that are decently profitable for lower levels, but I don't hear much about: fishing slimy and cave eels under lumby goes for about the same gp per hour as karambwans. Can either go through the hole in the wall in the chef's cellar or use the arceuus spellbook and go to lumby swamp dungeon which I believe is slightly faster. Remember light source and rope if you go that way (once rope is there, it doesn't disappear). I use glories to bank because I can recharge 27 with a single scroll so it's almost nothing per cast versus dueling rings. Once you can do karambwans, that's much more afk so might as well switch. For wc, this does require 70 agility for best gp/exp per hour, but you can use the hardwood patches on fossil island and chop teaks. I do teaks because the chop rate is so much faster than mahoganies. This is much better exp and profit than yews or magics at wc guild. You could even throw in some bird house runs or giant seaweed runs to change things up, and I don't think those runs hurt profit per hour much if at all

I used to make alot of money this way, not to sure if it would work today but it was certainly unusual! Buy obsidian/tzharr equipment from the G.E or pkers, mainly obby mauls is what I used. Get your gloves on for the better prices and go to tzharr, I can't remember the exact amount but it was around 13-17 mauls sold back to the shop by world hopping. This ammount is the right ammount to use the tokkul to buy an uncut onyx sell the onyx and you should or did profit. Back when I did this I used to profit around 1.5m every onyx bought, (I could never afford more then enough for one onyx) which depending on prices could be alot per hour if you stock pile tzharr equipment. It's all choosing the right item and using the gloves for most profit at the time

Unusual Money maker : killing Lucust riders in the sophanem dungeon with a keris (p++). Theres a bank right outside the dungeon. A rider spawns fairly close to the entrance. you only need to camp 1 as it spawns extremely fast. also kill the riders not the mages. they have a lot of good drops many of which are noted or stackables

Unusual money maker and training method. If you cast the lunar spell "hunter kit", which costs about 300 or so GP to cast, every time you receive a hunter kit which guaranteed contains an impling jar which costs roughly 1k GP. You have to bank the pack or open the pack every time you cast though, because it won't let you make another with one in your inventory, but with either just banking the pack and opening later or just using a bank filler method to dump all the traps and jars, you can expect to make 500k-600k per hour. If you also cast the spell magic imbue simultaneously with the spell, you not only continue to profit, but also can get upwards of 70k exp/hour.

So here's a weird moneymaking idea: buy logs and then burn them. It might not sound like a money maker at all, but many types of log (regular, oak, willow, maple) cost significantly less than ashes. So buy the cheapest logs, burn them somewhere private so no one steals your ashes, then sell the ashes. Currently you'll get an over SEVEN TIMES profit per log with maple logs (~20gp per log and about 150gp per ash) and looking at GE Tracker maple logs are currently twice as expensive as they were just last month. It may not be fast, but damn if it isn't unusual.

Running into pyramid plunder and picking up the best valued pieces dropped by players room to room until your inventory is full, banking, return repeat... no clue if this would work but I imagine only if you find a couple golden pieces per inventory at least. You would also have cost of possible bank teleport (unless crafting cape), possibly food cost if you wanted to check the golden center chest (possible pharaoh's sceptre chance too), and perhaps stamina pots as well... Bro tbh you're probably going to get like 100k/H but you're just looting up dropped stone or gold pieces 175~1,250~ gp item scavenged. I'd definitely recommend doing this on the pyramid plunder world (493). You could even stand outside the mini game picking up pieces to save time you may not even have to enter to get a full invo =o Good luck if you end up trying this :'D great series idea!! Honestly not sure how much you make an hour, but south of Falador between Port Sarim and Rimmington there are a group of elemental (air, earth, fire, water) wizards who all drop runes and talismans of their respective element. The talismans drop at a rate of 1/20 and the wizards can easily be killed in one hit. Since fire talismans are about 4k or 5k gp it's decent money for a low effort f2p method.

Turning tree and fruit tree seeds into saplings using humidify. I've had days where I'd buy 400 magic seeds over the course of the day. It takes about 1-2 minutes per inventory of 25+ saplings. sometimes the gap between magic seeds and saplings is 4 to 5k, so you made a couple of million gold in less than half an hour. Does require a huge capital though, and not all too unusual. Another unusual moneymaker that I used is using holy elixers on spirit shields. The most unusual method I can probably offer is either combining godsword shards to create the blade, or attaching godsword blades to the hilts. Never really checked the GP/h on these but that all depends on the margins. Also, high alching torn prayer scrolls. Alching isnt unusual, but the item sure is. (Btw alching also makes profit on godsword shards and blades sometimes)

Unusual Money Maker: 1. Start in Catherby bank with 1 insect repellent and an inventory of empty buckets. 2. Run west to bee hives. 3. Use Insect repellent on beehive, double left click on beehive, and then hit spacebar 4. Repeat for whole inventory to get 27 Buckets of Wax If you're focused, you can do 25-30 inventories per hour, and if Buckets of Wax are about 650gp each, you can get upwards of 500k per hour. No requirements, no bot crashing, and since Buckets of Wax are needed for multiple quests, they're always in demand.

Here's mine: I like to afk train melee stats on ammonite crabs with a ring of wealth. Crabs commonly drop numulite, which is stackable. Numulite is automatically picked up by a ring of wealth. An hour of training will not get you a whole lot of money, but for ~100k xp/hr and doing this while at work or watching netflix, I've gotten a lot of numulite and my stack is worth around 1m gp now. It adds up over time :)

You can high alchemy the Blisterwood logs from the new Darkmeyer area: You will have to progress far enough into the new quest until you can chop the tree, high alcing each log gives you 300 gp, and because the price of nature runes is around 200, I can see this getting you profit. (I’m going off of info from the wiki, I haven’t completed the quest yet.)

A F2P method is 1. Buy holy symbols in the GE for around 80 gp each. 2. Go from the bank in edgeville to the monestery and climb the ladder. 3. Talk to the guy and ask him to bless the symbol. 4. Rinse and repeat until you've done all you bought about 900. 5. Sell them on the GE between 300-400 GP. It takes about 2 minutes to do each run and you can do 28 at a time so you can make around 250k an hour.

Seeing the short clip you did of selling to the jewellery shop, i'd say the reason you're getting 450k/hr and not 1.5mil is because youre right clicking the item, then mousing down to 'sell x' and clicking that.. in runelite you can set it to sell a certain amount on left click when you hold down shift, this would speed up the selling by like 5x.. you could probably do a world in a matter of seconds doing it like that

Go to the wilderness God wars dungeon and farm ecumenical keys (if you have the hard or elite diaries completed you can hold 5x at a time at a 1/60 base drop chance) the keys have a high alch value of approximately 60k. Gather as many keys as you can, alch them and see how much you make ! Recommend blowpipe for fast kills and to kill all the low level mobs as they all have the same drop rate (goblins, imps, icefiend, etc)

For the jewelry one, I believe the shop just buys at high arch price, and if that's true, you could just go to the shilo village general store that also buys at high alch price and usually has less bots. There's also a wide range of things that profit selling at high alch price so you aren't just limited to jewelry. Can do armor and range gear for quite a bit. I remember I made enough for my first bond as f2p running to the wilderness general store that also buys at high alch price. Now that place just has a bunch of people waiting for noobs to come full of alchables. West ardougne general store is the only other one, but that one is filled with bots.

I've never personally done this, but while i was making sacred oil for a clue step i realized sacred oil is nearly 2k, and the olive oil and paste you need in order to make sacred oil costs ~100-200 gp depending on how much you use repairing the temple.

Here is one unusual money maker: There is a barman on the south side of the Varrock rat pits that sells stews for 20 gp each. You can then turn around and sell them on the GE for 120gp each. It takes 3.5 minutes to get an inventory, bank and come back, netting you just over 3k each trip

I quit using this method about 9 months ago so I don't know if it still works. I bought desert clothes and bronze bars from the shanty pass. Desert boots are always in demand because of the fashion scape. Desert robes are always useful, same as bronze bars. The desert armour are 40 gp each and the bronze bar 8 gp. And every world has 10 of them, and the bank is right next to it. Sometimes I takes a bit longer to sell them, but I made around 750k an hour I think.

I think it would be a good idea to include possible experience gain as well. Since some methods don't use any skills to generate exp and others do, that may be a factor for how useful a method is. For example, the fill jugs of water method. You did 13000 jugs. 27 per inventory is 482 casts and with what looked like 65 xp drops per cast. You're also gaining 31330 magic xp an hour. Something to consider.

Casting hunter kit: takes 2 astral runes (with an earth staff) and spawns a set of items including an impling jar which sells for over 1k. I do it in the downtime while running to the bank at ZMI but it could be a not-terrible money maker to just cast the spell on its own.

This is a F2P inclusive method: Go upstairs in the northeastern most house in Rimmington and talk to Anja. You have an option to say to her "I was hoping you'd give me some free stuff" and she will pester you about if you really need it and you keep begging back and forth, and then she will eventually give you 1-3 coins. You can do this forever. GOLDMINE. Just talk to Anja, press space, 2, and hold space and then you'll fly through the dialogue. If you're persistent she will give you gp probably every 6 seconds, and if you average 2 gp at a time you'll probably end up with 20 gp a minute. With a bit of good RNG, I'd say this is an easy 1k+ gp an hour! *There are also bronze scimitars to take on their table, which I suppose you could make some quick pitstops for.*

A good medium level money maker is spawning Spidine's (with medium ardougne acheivement) in the tower of life. They drop between 3-6 red spider eggs (noted), so depending on your level you can prob make 250k-400k an hour

Got a real dumb one for you: cutting garlic. Cut garlic is used in Gnome cooking, and you'll need to sell them above GE price if you want decent profit (at time of writing, 700 is a safe bet). It'll take you 1-5 hours to sell due to low demand, but it's very worth at 800k/hr or so if you're patient. Selling it at current GE price is even a decent profit of 300k/hr. Just buy some garlic and bowls, set up your inv with a knife and 13 of each, and cut all the garlic. Rinse and repeat. This gives you zero XP, which is probably why it's not commonly done.

I've commented two or three times sort of the same method but I'll simplify it for you; get a slayer task like fire giants or trolls, something thats medium to bad gp normally. do half of it only picking up good drops and not gems, next half wear ring if wealth, set it to pick up coins and use a gem bag to get gems too. pick up any gems you see others leave too. compare the results. thanks for the vids!!

Unusual money making: Using a charged ring of wealth (or slayer ring), combat bracelet, and burning amulet to tele between bandit camp and ge to buy pizza bases. Combat bracelet is to tele to edge monastery to recharge prayer when its low if you're low level, otherwise its unnecessary. Made around 70k in 10 minutes doing this, with relatively little effort (I just wanted to try it because I thought it was funny)

Found a way to double my profit on tuna potatoes: Take a full inventory of them (and some runes for high alch) into the wyrm cave on Mount Karuulm, and offer to trade the slayers down there their loot for tuna potatoes. They are in need of food (and also too lazy for the trip to the bank chest) and trying to get rid of their loot. Most of them will give you 3x what the tuna potatoes are worth in loot. Then run up to the bank at the top of the hill, bank everything or high alch the high-value stuff, and repeat. If there are no takers, hop worlds and try again.

my money making method takes some rng and its pretty decent gp per hour it can be 500k- 750k a hour depending on your gear. prices may very aswell depending on the demand on herbs and other drops you pick up. step 1. go to second level of strong hold of security. and run south going through the doors. 2.kill flesh crawls with a ring of wealth (to auto pick up gold) and pick up all herbs above harrlander, iron ore (noted), fire runes and nature runes. 3. if your farming exp and gold per hour, when you lose aggro there run north to the zombies killing them picking up their steel arrows and herbs above harrlander. 4. there are some bots here but they can easily just be ignored and reported. this is a good resource for ironmen accounts as for rannars.

I have a story about the Zanaris cabbages. When I was a kid, I knew the method, but because of how hard it was to get diamonds, its only practical use was to recoup the entry fee. But then farming was released and with it came sacks, so I went to the Falador farm, duly filled 27 sacks with cabbage, and ventured to the Zanaris marketplace, ready to make thousands of gp. Too bad those cheeky developers had predicted this and blocked you from passing the gate with sacks. Back then I didn't have the magic level for telegrab; maybe you could try to drop the sacks and telegrab them from the other side for the video? I'm too busy looting a certain sepulchre :-D

I found a pretty interesting money making method. After completing zogre flesh eater you’re able to buy achey logs (300ish at the GE) for 4 coins. It’s super close to the Castle wars teleport, so its quick banking. I did some quick testing and im pretty sure it’s about 1m an hour. Anyways, keep up the great work man!

Back in the day I used to run the Gnome Restaurant minigame using the gliders and teles to try and get a gnome scarf or gnome goggles. Made pretty decent gp/hr if I had all the possible ckocktails and food pre-made in my inv. Mint cakes were a pretty common drop and would give me a nice stamina boost to keep going. Gnome scarf still goes for 200k+ and is a low 1/17 drop rate !!

Round 2. You can buy grey wolf fur from the fancy shop in varrock for 65Gp and sell them to Barack in varrock Center for 120GP each. With some hops this is actually decent for brand new Ironman as there’s no requirements and it’s low effort.
