What's great is that you can probably do the Paste and Flour Pot method together, if you don't mind sacrificing one inventory slot to do the Paste.

At necs you bring alch, alch on the spot and keep filling up the inventory. Pick up malicious ash's as you go and scatter them as you replace them with items you should sell instead of alch. Until the inventory is full. My rule is even at cb 104 if I go in catacombs, I never leave without full inv. I do my task and after I pick up items and ash's. I even drop lower cost food or low cost pots for ash's. Abysal ash's are like 2.5k and abundant there as well.
