I had to come back and update! I completed the basic workshop within a week and I’m addicted to coding now lol needless to say I’m now on a journey to transitioning into software engineering so I’m now completing the Max level. Thank you again for your video. It was the catalyst to change that I didn’t know I needed.

Hi! I have a question. If you decide to take the first course is there a discount or can you use a discount for an upgrade? I'm torn between the Shecodes pro course but I'm not sure I want to commit to it if I don't like it, so I was thinking of taking the basic course and then upgrading once in there...but I'm hoping the 20% discount can still be used

With your experience, can you say in terms of the company what the acceptance is? How do companies see girls with this course? Can you make money as a freelancer?

Hi, thanks for your question! Okay, so based on my experience alone, there are a lot of companies who actually do give you opportunities for interviews and want to know how much knowledge you have with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I personally haven't found a job yet but it's totally based on my personal curriculum which is another story entirely 😅 Also I never saw companies denigrate girls with this course! I think they all give us an equal opportunity. As a freelancer, I never tried it, but you can surely try! As long as you can do what it is asked I think people are okay with it. @@luisagabriela1365 I don't think so, most will actually look into the projects you have done than your actual degree. I suggest you make a good research on jobs and try to apply to internships first!

Hi Elsa! That’s a good question! It is fully legit! You take the time you need as the classes are recorded previously and it requires a lot of self study on your part of course! But you have 24/7 help on specific Slack channels where you can interact with the technical assistants and other students as well! The community actually helps you a lot! And the final projects are super fun to make 😄 hit me up on insta if you have any questions, I’ll be happy to answer them
