for the nox tanks just use some plumbers strapping, it is halfway to chrome and cheap and easy. put a band around high, in the middle and low, screw into the inner bed sides, should keep them from rolling around. or you could use chromed duct tape, chromed coat hangar wire, chromed zip ties or chromed scuba tank holders

At least a few hundred for new carb at least another hundred for starter and battery and probably around a hundred for up sweep header. Why not spend a few bucks for mini spool do it right so rear end isn't so easily broken like it would be from the heat from welding the spider gears.

Welding the diff is super quick and easy not to mention free. With what it's being used for it would be more than adequate.
