My own hair growth progress and success, I followed this daily regimen: Take morning sunlight daily for essential vitamin D. Eat veggies of different colours. Applying paraben-free and fragrance free shampoo and gently massaging two times per week with hair oil from litttleextra cooconion. Hi Mercy! I made the aloe vera oil and have been using it on my scalp and ends. I got my rice water fermenting to use tomorrow or Friday when I shampoo my hair. I take a multivitamin and I take 10,000mcg of Biotin every day. My fingernails are growing so fast. Hopefully, when I take my twists down tomorrow, I will see a little growth. Will let you know. I have a question after watching this video: How can I get my curls back after flat iron my hair sinds december 2022? This is the first time that I ironed my hair and after 7 months I did not get my curls back.
