Looking on Indeed for shops hiring machinists is pretty clever! I've been toying with the idea of making a batch of sample parts to hand out to potential customers, maybe a small fidget toy of sorts to showcase the quality. I like this idea because I think it stands out more than a flyer that would just get thrown away. Congratulations on your success, I think it's your friendly demeanor that gets your business :)

I watch videos with headphones. Background music is distracting and too loud when you are talking. Reduce the background volume by 50% and don't play it while you are talking. Keep up the great work!
