This is why men need to educate themselves and stop playing victim. Every hospital in the US you can ask for one, it's not that hard... And when child support is established, paternity is established. Maybe once again ask those men you know why they didn't educate themselves, especially if going through courts, on their rights to determine paternity before agreeing to financially be dependent

Good indicator would be child/baby has a lot of features... That's a hereditary condition that he passed to the baby which is a good indicator BUT the solid proof came after the blood was drawn and tested and it showed he was the father...
